Fantastic 1000%! One of the best subs I’ve ever eaten in Ontario and if that wasn’t enough, the service matched the quality of the food from the manager to the employees to the trainees, they treated me like family. Restaurant was spotless, very fast service and great prices. Washroom was immaculate. Will be eating here again for sure when we return to London. Wish we had one closer to home

I went to Florida and had a jersey Mike's famous Philly steak sub and it was so delicious. Canada does not carry gluten free buns so I cannot enjoy their subs in Canada:( you need to follow suit with the states and get gluten free buns!

Jersey Mikes is a place I keep coming back to when I am in the London area travelling from Hamilton. It’s the place I recommend to anyone who will listen however tonight was different. At 5:45 PM this evening the service was abysmal at best. There was no welcome customer service to be seen instead glares and evident frustration with me after notifying the individual that my order was going to be separate from the individual I came in with. The only reason my service rating was a 2 instead of a 1 is due to the individual who cashed us out. Although quiet and not overly welcoming it was much better than the glares received from the individual cutting the meat/cheeses. Not that anyone asked for a recommendation but if I’m travelling all the way from Hamilton just to get my hands on one of these subs I would like to not feel like I’ve inconvenienced a person working there by just ordering a sub. Someone should really take this person into a customer service training shift.
Ordered for 14 people and they told me i would need at least 3 catered boxes nearly $300 later we had our lunch. And had a lot of unopened sandwiches. Subway better value for sure will not order there again.

Today marked my first visit to Jersey Mike's Sub since they opened, and I must say, the subs exceeded my expectations in terms of flavour, quality, and portion size. The customer service was also top-notch. Oh, and I can't forget to rave about the cookies – they were simply to die for! Highly recommend this place.
