We arrived 10 minutes before closing but the staff was wonderful and accommodated us when we told them that we were on a road trip. The staff went out of their way to serve us and even kept the lights on 15 minutes after door close. They've also kept their prices affordable despite becoming very popular online. 10/10 recommended.

We were traveling from Chicago to Toronto and stopped to grab dinner. Although it was time to close but they were extremely kind to accommodate us and served us delicious food. The staff is very kind, patient and friendly. An excellent place for families to enjoy delicious meal. May Allah reward them.

Sadly very overhyped. First time here, two “legendary” sized chicken shawarmas and ayran for $30… Nothing special for what it is, definitely not za best in za west.

I generally hate having to say something was wrong with food, but the way this location handled it was absolutely incredible.
Accidents happen, especially at dinner time. The team there was kind, understanding, and super helpful in ensuring it was rectified. I really appreciate their professionalism, as well as how sweet they all were.
The food is always wonderful, and today was no different.

Such a fantastic bunch. My only time ever having a mix up after quite some time ordering from them just cements that they are a great group.

I will continue going to this location above the rest in the city.

I have been to Shelby's many times one of my favorite Shawarma places but recently that has now changed. Recently I have witnessed one of the employees reaching in to the food was their bare hands and eating it then shortly after licking their fingers. Then the employee comes back two more times and dips their fingers that they had just licked into the food again. I was extremely disgusted and appalled that the other employees allowed him to do what he did I am not sure if it was the manager or a trainee but this person was not in any uniform. I am not sure if I will be returning to this location anytime soon. My advice to anybody that eats here make sure you watch when they make your food. I will be posting a photo of the person who has disgusted me in hopes that something will be done about this!

Great service, good food. Bathroom was clean just gave some odd vibes. Parking lot has seen better days, but if you want tasty food- this place makes it happen. Cake was good too!

Got the Shawarma bowl today in Oct15th offer and usually the food is good in all my visits here, But chicken portion has been an issue here always but its too bad today that I had to provide a feedback.

Had very bad portion size today as I literally had only 6 fries in the bowl. If you are going to reduce the portion size if there is offer going on, then DO NOT promote as offer please.
