The yogurt taste so good, wish I could have more

I recently visited Jimmy the Greek at Masonville Mall, and unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the hype. While I was looking forward to enjoying a fresh and flavorful meal, the food fell short of expectations. The dishes lacked the vibrant flavors I associate with Greek cuisine.
Additionally, the customer service was disappointing. The staff appeared disinterested and were not very accommodating or friendly, which made the overall experience less enjoyable.

Not very impressed with the gyro, its expensive and really small, it only had 2 slices of meat in it and barely any tzatziki. You literally need 3 to get full and the guy working there was kind of rude.

My family and I love Greek food and we love this option while mall shopping! It’s always hot, delicious and a big serving! Enjoy

Dietary restrictions: My daughter is Gluten free and is good with a lot of the menu

Soggy rice and old veggies now. The potatoes were sour too. I didn't bother to finish.

I have been coming to Jimmy the Creek for quite some time. I typically enjoy your lamb chops, but during my latest visit, I was disappointed to find that the chops were overcooked and very chewy.

When I raised my concern with the staff, who appeared to be a family-operated team, I was met with defensiveness and disbelief. I was asked to bring my food box to the counter, which I did, but the manager refused to acknowledge the issue with the lamb chops without even inspecting them. This left me feeling unheard and frustrated.

To make matters worse, as I was leaving, I was offered chicken as a replacement, despite having specifically ordered and paid for lamb chops. Additionally, my remaining food box was not returned to me.

The food isn’t bad however the staff are awful. They were speaking amongst themselves before and during the order, even when I got to cash the girl was putting change in the register and don’t even acknowledge me. She simply made me wait for her to finish what she was doing, told me my total and that was it. This is my second experience like this. It’s very rude. If you don’t know how to provide customer service don’t be in this industry.

The rice in our meal today tasted really off. My son and I couldn't even eat it. This was the 1st time this happened, which makes me question their food now, and freshness. I hope we don't get food poisoning! This is all it took for me to never return. I don't trust it anymore. It tasted like an old garage... Hard to explain. It was really gross. And not normal. Scary. Never again.

The manager was disrespectful and rude in response to a mistake I made with my order, which I found unprofessional and disappointing.

my favourite place for my lamb chop cravings. the portions are huge and the lamb is soft, tender and well-seasoned. I will continue to support this establishment always!

The most pathetic-looking chicken souvlaki in London! It just keeps getting smaller! Disgusting.

I would highly recommend the Greek salad with a chicken skewer. Absolutely delicious, great service. I would definitely go back again.

I would give them 100 stars if I could. The delicious food, nice staff and affordable prices make them The best greek restaurant in London. This is the best place to eat on a budget when you want to eat healthy and want your tummy full. As you can see in the picture their meal is huge, I always take spinach pie meal as I am a vegetarian and always have big leftover for next day. It is a great combination of salad, potatoes, delicious rice and spinach pie. It costs about $11 or $12 for this big platter. My husband likes their chicken meal. Any time we are in Masonville mall we always eat here and don’t even try any other place lol. These people are the only ones who haven’t doubled their price (thank you guys) after covid so people like us who like eat when shopping but still want to keep it affordable can enjoy their food like before. I am a repeat customer and so excited that they now have another location in white oaks mall (closer to me).

Parking: It is in a mall so plenty of parking available in mall’s parking lot.

Located in the B1 level of the shopping mall, could be busy and noisy. Not happy with the calamari portion I got in my Fried Calamari Meal, the taste was okay. The greek salad was a high point, tasted fresh. The potatoes were dry and the rice was solid, not my type of rice. The baklava I had was way too sweet, almost inedible. May come back to try some other items like pitas.

It was my first time trying Greek cuisine. The roasted chicken could be better but everything else was delicious especially the salad and potatoes. Would definitely go back for another meal.
