We were for dinner to the mall food court and wanted to eat their food because we tried it before and it was good, but the last couple times we had a very bad experience; the server was putting all the leftover and burnt pieces of meat and they were extremely rude to us not only that we we weren’t in a rush so we offered to wait for the next batch of meat and the server repeatedly asked what was wrong with what they gave to us overall extremely bad experience never going back.

One of the best options when you want to eat out! The portions are generous, the meals come with a nice mix of fresh vegetables, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely a great choice to try. 🍽️🥗✨

The man and woman were very rude. I was being very friendly when I made a mistake on the order & instead of politely fixing it, he raised his voice and she didn’t serve me.

It's my favorite restaurant. The food is good and cleanliness is fantastic and the most wonderful taste. Eating time takes you to another world. I advise everyone to try it.

I do not eat food from the food court at CF Masonville Place mainly it is overpriced and mediocre. I picked up Jimmy The Greek for someone else to go. A chicken souvlaki salad and a gyro wrap not including the combo cost near $30.00 after tax. Before paying the machine either debit or credit card. They asked for a tip option. Really, this is a fast food franchise asking for a tip that is a few minutes to make the salad and gyro wraps that is made as it is part of their job. In this Canadian economy with high inflation hence food prices are going up in price and more Canadians are eating out less. $27.00 is expensive enough for just a souvlaki salad and a gyro wrap not including a combo. This is not a full-dine in restaurant or a bartender making a beverage example tipping the person who serves and makes the drinks at the Rec Room should receive a tip. I should not be obligated to tip to contribute to pay their employees’ wage. Why is everyone who works in service industry jobs in North America feels entitled for a tip and thinks it should be granted to them? Tipping at fast food is not the same service you should be paying compare to a full dine-in restaurant, barber shop or food delivery services. I am not tipping my hard earn money for mediocre food and if I do want to tip. I would go to an authentic Greek restaurant like Dimi’s in downtown London, Ontario. In the end, I should not be force to tip as it is already been made sitting out almost the whole day when the mall opens until closed. Food is expensive enough and customers should pay accordingly to the price. I don’t recommend tipping any fast food chains at the food court at Masonville Mall. They have many locations and they can afford to rent at Masonville Mall as a franchise. Jimmy The Greek is becoming Jimmy The Greed. Shame how many fast food franchises are putting tipping options on their debit/credit card machines. If you are going to eat out. Be mindful there will be tipping options when paying cashless unless you want to pay physical cash. This is why I will be eating out less in this economy.
