Honestly, hot pot is mediocre. Beef was really tough and fruits are not that fresh, with little bugs flying around( not flies, but little fruit flies, maybe.

We drove from Waterloo to try out this hotpot cuz there’s no hotpot restaurant in Waterloo. I was so impressed by their crispy pork strips and the restaurant was decorated pretty well, exactly like those hotpot restaurants I visited in China, so that was good vibe

They are all delicious, and the Yuanyang Hotpot is a must! The soup was very thoughtful and flavorful, but the beef roll (a kind of hot pot meat slices) was too hard...I didn't eat it at all later...

This place is amazing if you’re craving hot pot! In my opinion, it’s the best hot pot restaurant around. The ambiance is outstanding, and the soup is incredibly rich, with plenty of options for both meat and vegetables. The variety of sauce choices is also impressive.

The customer service is exceptional, especially from Grace! This was my second visit, and the service remains top notch. Grace was incredibly helpful in guiding us on the best sauces to try and which meats to choose.

If you're looking for a must visit dining experience, this is it! The food is delicious, and you definitely won’t regret it!

A wonderful experience, they treated us very kindly and gave us information and recommendations for the dishes. We ordered a low-spicy hot pot and a non-spicy hot pot, both delicious broths. It is worth visiting and repeating!

Really enjoyed our dinner out for our Anniversary. A unique dining experience and new for us! The servers were very helpful in all aspects of the dining experience from helping with recommendations for ordering, how to cook/eat and making a peanut sauce for the beef. For simplicity we ordered their dinner for 2 menu. We left feeling full, satisfied and happy! Highly recommend, but wouldn’t bring my kids to this type of meal.

I’ll start off by saying, WOW, this was our first time and we didn’t know what to expect. The server took their time with our group, explained how the dinner will work and we were not disappointed. The flavour was incredible, the vegetables were fresh, the meat was excellent as well. Highly recommend trying this place out. For the beginners, the mild spice is hot, specially, when you’re eating it with a hot liquid, but it’s not a lingering heat. You don’t get cold water, not a big deal, it’s a preference, I enjoy large cold ice filled water with my dinner, I felt like a guest at someone’s home, and didn’t want to ask, or step out of line enjoying another cultures cuisine. It’s was an amazing dinner and experience. Will be back, that’s for sure.
