My whole family loves this place. Excellent food and service. We especially love all of the fruit drinks and the katsu in any form. My kids really like the jjajangmyeon. The K-pop playing on the TVs makes it perfect. Would highly recommend and they deliver too.

Really great experience coming here!! The food was great and the employees were kind and polite, and check up on you once in a while to make sure you're ok without being overbearing. I was a bit confused walking into the restaurant bc I wasn't sure if it was a self-serve or sit-down type of restaurant, because of the layout, but turns out it's a sit-down where they bring you menus. There are tons of food options, and I noticed there were more options than noted on their website (like udon). It took me forever to choose bc I wanted to try everything. Overall, this is a great place to eat with family and friends. I think the pork katsu was slightly dry but with the Alfredo sauce it was okay. Would definitely come here again when I'm in the city to try the other items (and they have Korean food too!!). Even my mom loved her fish katsu and she hates deep fried food

The food is great, worth the price. The people working here are nice and it's so comfortable to eat here. Will come back again.

Our family went here a week ago and we all got food from the sushi and it tasted disgusting. The server kept making seemingly dismissive excuses for the poor service. Awful experience, will never come again.

This place is amazing! ? I came in on a whim, I was hungry and cold. I got the jujube tea and Kimchi stew. The tea was so good and the kimchi stew was phenomenal! They make their own kimchi in house too! I can't wait to go back and try other menu items, there's a little something for everyone, one of the best places for authentic Korean food. The restaurant was also very clean and the staff were so sweet, I especially loved the kpop playing on the TV, I love this place! Go check it out

I ordered delivery through Skip the Dishes. They brought the food to my building but left it in the lobby, despite clear instructions to bring it to my door. By the time I found it, after trying to get satisfaction from both the restaurant and Skip, 25 minutes has elapsed from when it was dropped off. The food was cold and soggy. Good customer service would see the restaurant wanting to make this right, instead of just blaming Skip. It may be Skip's responsibility (they ignored my attempts to communicate through their Chat) but with this poor customer service I will never order from you or eat in your restaurant again.

Had the chicken Katsu dish. It was wonderful. The fries and Katsu were perfectly crispy, and the soup and salad added extra different flavors.

Went with the Family. We love Katsu. We love Korean Fried Chicken. They delivered on both. I am giving 5 stars, but they deserve 2...from Michelin. I am not kidding. If you are anywhere near London, make the trip. Kid had Pork Roll Cheese Katsu. I had Fish Katsu, Spouse had Katsu Nabe. We shared honey garlic fried chicken and Bulgogi Poutine. Everything was top shelf and perfect, right down to my homemade tartar sauce. My spouse, the Super Taster, raved about her Banchan, noting that it was all very fresh. The flavours were balanced. You could tell the Banchan dishes were made in-house and with love, as there was no hint of the bitterness you find in the commercial made items. The staff was warm, but efficient. the food came out perfectly cooked, and was the freshest tasting restaurant meal I have had in London, in over 8 years.Lastly, I have been to Katsuya, and I have been to bbq Chicken. Both have amazing food. Both are easily 5 Stars, on an average day. This was better. I mean it. I am going to write to Michelin. Worth every penny. Peace and Blessings.

Food was great. Never had that style before. I tried the fish katsu and my girlfriend did the chicken katsu. We had the dumplings and a few other appetizers alongside the green tea. 9/10 food. Service was 7/10 - still good - just had to keep asking for stuff, however the staff was extremely polite and friendly - they were just busy. Would go back and I reccomend as it

i moved to canada from s. korea 15 years ago and of all the korean restaurants i've been to in london, katsume reminds me the most of my childhood growing up in korea. everything i've ordered so far from katsume - pork katsu udon, jjajangmyeon, and jjampong - have all been so fresh and delicious, i could really tell lots of love and care went into each dish. dining in, the staff have been nothing but wonderful and the atmosphere is lively and clean feeling. take outs have also been well packaged with attention to detail. i'm looking forward to trying more dishes from here :)
