Straight up the nastiest restaurant in London. Pieces of chicken, fries, lettuce, sauces, wrappers, etc all over the floor of the kitchen. Garbage just sprawled out along the counters. Staff seemingly unsure of what is going on. Gave me some spicy chicken that seemed 2 days old so I didnt even eat it. The kitchen looked like something out of kitchen nightmares and I was ready to walk out but it was late and I was hungry. Do not eat here. I have no idea how it was so busy. It seemed like total amateur hour.
Ice didnt work in the pop machine. Other flavors besides pepsi shot out only foam. No lids, no napkins. Garbage on tables and floors of dining area.
Bathroom looked like a war zone.
Do not eat here.

So disgusting. My husband picked up half bucket chicken. Ive never seen such poor looking fried chicken. Clumpy skin falling off grease soaked horrible chicken. I couldnt eat it! I think if they had the appropriate number of staff to serve customers it wouldn't be so rushed.

I did an online order to save time. Then I have to wait for 1 hour in the store for my food to get ready. additionally the app offered me a free tenders bucket . But when I get there they said no free items . it's frustrating it's the worst experience I've ever

When India takes over the foods we used to love. Food is ruined, service is garbage. Long waits.indians shouldn’t be in this buisness the place is so dirty imagine what the kitchen is like. Photo of table I was in there for 45 mins eating. Not one Indian cleaned. Every where you looked was dirty. The food inspector needs to show up

25 minutes wait at the drive thru. Get inside to pick up the order it's been ready and the guy working didnt even bother running it out and it was just sitting there. The reviews reflect the service

I love the food here but the service is terrible. I came here with my mother in the drive though, and we were in a rush and needed somewhere to eat. we waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, and when I completed, I wasn’t apologized to, and rather only told “it is fresh”. I was thoroughly disappointed as I truly love KFC but the wait for a drive thru pick up is crazy. Not to mention it was only 2 items.
