Ordered a meal and somehow didn’t even get the fries that come with it. Like… how does that happen? On top of that, the drinks tasted like straight-up water, and I still got charged for them as if they were actual drinks. So I basically paid for water and missing food. No effort, no quality control, no apology. Honestly done with this location — Mary Brown’s across the street actually knows how to serve a meal, so that’s where I’m going from now on.

Waited almost 30 min…30 min! I’m on my lunch so Im crunched for time and I would have been better off going to a sit down place. Apparently only 2 people were working…on a Sunday…at lunch time. This place used to be amazing. Food was always quick and good, now I have to wait minimum 15 min every time. Don’t think I’ll be coming back soon.

Order 4 piece meal, with large macaroni salad and small gravy tonight and drove the 30 kins home to see they didn't give me the salad. And the pieces of chicken no bigger then small wings. Not worth 27 dollars

Absolute trash. Ordered a bucket and got a side of stale popcorn chicken with a measly couple of fries in it for good measure. Either get orders right, or don’t serve anything at all and close the store. Do yourself a favour and don’t order from here.

Slowest drive thru ever. Got one burger. Took forever. Literally 15+ minutes of waiting. 2 cars ahead of me, barely moving. The staff is a joke.
