The employees are rude with zero manners and I wish I would have drove away when I notice that. Ordered a chicken sandwich and I could not bite through the chicken it was like rubber in the middle and it made an odd sound when I pulled that rubbery piece out and threw it away leaving me a small amount of possible chicken around the edge. Chicken was warm with a cold bun and was not wrapped in foil after they put it in the bag. Fry’s are nasty, cold and tasteless and even mushy wet like a few were stepped on or squished flat. I noticed they didn’t have any customers in the store but the employees friends hanging out. Now I’m wondering if the food and kitchen are even sanitary. Do not go here

Ordered delivery, forgotten drinks. I ordered the festive sandwich combo, no cranberry sauce on sandwich. Saw a advertisement showing seasoned fries, that's why I ordered in the first place, no seasoning on fries and they are cold. Something has changed in their gravy too. Very disappointed. Not gonna be ordering here for a while, if ever again.

We got delivery yesterday from here and it was so bad. Soggy one piece of chicken I am hope my was chicken. Husband took pictures. I emailed Uber eats and KFC last night and nothing. With tip and total was 92 dollars. I would have been hard pressed to give you 10 for it. Getting harder and harder to find a good place to eat that is worth it.

Well, one piece chicken is now cut in half which equals 2 pieces. Therefore 14 piece bucket is really a nine piece. Like KFC thought we would not notice.

Wow, I don't even know where to start. Order 10pc with fries, gravy and Mac salad. Get home there's no mac salad and the fries are sooo crunchy! I called 8 times no one answered, sorry someone answered on the 8th time but they picked up the phone and left me talking to myself. Moments later I showed up (dec 12th 720ish pm) there was a man just leaning on the pos machines by the drive thru. Another employee who was in the back told him to come help us. When he did come help up he proceeded to tell us that our order wasn't wrong he just packed it. And I assured him the order was wrong I even called 8 times, he rolled his eyes, walked away and came back with new fries & mac salad. So yes the order was fixed but with a side of attitude. No wonder you have a 3.2 rating, I think some more training would be a great investment!
Access to this location is disappointing because of the Wellington Road construction. Service was just okay because the Cash Registers were down. The atmosphere inside was literally boring. Besides there is a group of people not eating but just talking loudly. We were the only two people and we ordered chicken slider combos. Though the slider was small yet it was filling with fries in the sides.

Indian worker sitting there in the dining area on his phone, looks at me waiting in line with no workers up front. Continues his conversation then comes to serve me 5 minutes later when his conversation is done… ridiculous service

It was Thanksgiving and we decided to order KFC's 12 p. chicken and since the cost was over $15 we expected the free bucket of strips but not so . Was asked to order off their app I said no problem but then they told me I had to pay online with my credit card. Explained to the order person that I would never give out my credit card info over the phone and was willing to pay at the counter. 3 times the order guy told me it was a promotion I did show him my KFC APP. Placed my order (no strips) told him I would not be back. Again he mentioned it was a app promotion and once again I said I would order it on the app but pay at the counter. Partying words were you should treat your customers better especially when no customers were in the store and heavy construction on Wellington Road did not provide easy access.I should have used the drive thru and blocked it until I got my chicken strips. NO I WILL NOT BE BACK>
