Stopped by the KFC on Wellington and had a great experience! The chicken was hot, crispy, and super tasty. Staff were friendly and got my order out fast. Everything was fresh and the place looked clean. Definitely one of the better KFCs I’ve been to — I’ll be coming back for sure! 🍗🙌

Worst customer service ever. No one in line and they direct you to use the kiosk unless using cash. Pure laziness. Food took forever, which in my experience is typical of KFC so that was whatever. But when I went to get it the guy had just left it on the counter and walked away. Pure laziness all around. Never returning.
I ordered pickle chips with my meal, when I opened the bag I found pickle fries, I went up to the counter and told the lady she said “one second” and left to the back, she handed me a bag, I sat down and this is what I pulled out… I have no words how did an employee think it’s okay to service this to a customer they aren’t even pickle chips these are crumbs! I went back up to the counter and said “these are crumbs not pickle chips they don’t even look anything like the picture” she said “one second” and left again and came back and handed me a new bag, I didn’t even get an apology for the mix ups. Still how she thought it was okay to service that to a paying customer I don’t understand. Will not be ordering pickle chips again, highly disappointed

Unbelievably bad experience. People beside us had a hair in the fries. We spent 60 on myself and two toddlers. Fries were cold and hard. Gravy was cold . Two of the four fountain drinks were out. Popcorn chicken was cold. No ketchup salt pepper have to ask for it . Very understaffed. Close your business if you can’t run a business. Serving old cold food is ridiculous! Never again.
