My food was cold and this is not the first time it's been cold. The drink was warm and they would not replace it with one colder. I have had bad experiences here before so maybe it is my fault for coming back but just a heads up to people!

I ordered online with order #9996 and have to pick up my food at the store. Upon arrival they said they dont have any wings so they cancelled my order but upon checking and tracking my order it says on my phone we are cooking. The order was also charged to my account so i want my refund. I got nothing from the store and i was also charged for the order

They never have “Chicken” it is supposed to they sell chicken but multiples times they don’t have. It’s ridiculous!

These guys give you the customer the smallest pieces of chicken they have. You spend $20 on a combo and expect quality. They rather give the better pieces to people of their nationality. This has happened to me on more than one occasion

This location is supposed to be one of the best in the city based on the google reviews. Ive had some good experiences. Which have only been a few. Ive had much more bad experiences at this location. My order has been messed up many times. It's not so much that my order was wrong so many times but that no one cared. No apology, not even any remorse. Just people dragging their feet, expecting to get paid for doing no work, just taking up space and air. Wasting customers time. If you're running a business you require customers. Make sure your customers are well taken care of, that way they will come back, they will spend money and share their good experiences.

Waited 25 minutes for food ordered at 11:30 AM. Lots of people coming and going. No acknowledgement of the wait. No dips, warm drinks. Really poor service. Check the state of my burger. Gross.

You call this a fry supreme? This is a fry depression. Not only that, but it’s 5:30pm dinner time and you have no original recipe ready? 20 minute wait? I have no clue how you’re still in business but I can guarantee I won’t be coming back any time soon
