Today was my first time ordering from that store and I was surprised today from the service and the experience that I had today , the girl in the front helped me a lot even tho I was confused what to order but she was soo patient and soo nice and she did her best to give me options for what I was looking for , she made my day and ofc I will keep coming to that store . I ordered through the app for pickup. One of the two app deals this location doesn’t honor. I placed my order; the app said 15 minute wait, after 20 minutes I asked about the order and was told they HAD NO CHICKEN and I would have to wait another 30 minutes. What kind of KFC has no chicken; and it’s utterly absurd to think someone would wait 50 minutes at a food court.
