Stay away from this place! I had a terrible experience at this KFC on October 17, 2025, around 8:00 PM. I ordered a 16-piece Original Chicken meal. When I went to pick it up, the staff member confirmed that it contained 16 pieces. However, when I got home and opened the box, there were only 10 pieces inside.
I drove back to the store to have the order verified. The same staff member admitted it was a mistake but was extremely rude and acted as if she were doing me a favor by giving me the missing pieces. To make things worse, she shredded the cover into pieces and threw it on the counter, grumbling and showing her frustration in front of other customers. Her attitude was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable.
The manager was polite and handled the situation with professionalism, but the staff member’s behavior completely ruined the experience. As someone who has been a loyal KFC customer in various countries, including London, I have never experienced such poor service before. Truly a disgraceful experience that reflects very badly on this location.

I visited in store . It was really great experience for me. Customer service is too good and food was too tasty.
The kitchen looked gross, the person at the front made multiple mistakes with our order even though we repeated and clarified it with them. The food was the worst part. I saw the chicken wasn't even fried like it should have been and it was dry and tasted worse then the frozen tenders you buy at the store somehow. The onion rings were LITERALLY BLACK and the oil was so overused it made me nauseous.

Excellent services whether it’s for taking orders or handing out food, its really good. For my order I tried the 4 piece box meal which includes 4 pieces of chicken, popcorn chicken, fries, one side all of these items are well placed inside a box, chicken taste is outstanding ( the cook is really good I can say). Keep this good work guys you are great.
