I only eat at KFC maybe once every few years and this store is a classic example of why. Would they think to put salt on the fries. Nope. And when I asked for salt, they didn't have any. Did they think to include ketchup or sauce for the popcorn chicken. Nope. The food is mediocre at KFC all the time, the service at this particular location make it less than appealing.

Stay away from this place! I had a terrible experience at this KFC on October 17, 2025, around 8:00 PM. I ordered a 16-piece Original Chicken meal. When I went to pick it up, the staff member confirmed that it contained 16 pieces. However, when I got home and opened the box, there were only 10 pieces inside.
I drove back to the store to have the order verified. The same staff member admitted it was a mistake but was extremely rude and acted as if she were doing me a favor by giving me the missing pieces. To make things worse, she shredded the cover into pieces and threw it on the counter, grumbling and showing her frustration in front of other customers. Her attitude was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable.
The manager was polite and handled the situation with professionalism, but the staff member’s behavior completely ruined the experience. As someone who has been a loyal KFC customer in various countries, including London, I have never experienced such poor service before. Truly a disgraceful experience that reflects very badly on this location.
