Excellent services whether it’s for taking orders or handing out food, its really good. For my order I tried the 4 piece box meal which includes 4 pieces of chicken, popcorn chicken, fries, one side all of these items are well placed inside a box, chicken taste is outstanding ( the cook is really good I can say). Keep this good work guys you are great.

I have been a loyal customer for over six years and have always had positive experiences. However, in recent weeks, I've been extremely disappointed with cashier attitude & the service I have received.
The cashier I believe her name was (Kamaljeet) not sure and staff members have shown a complete lack of professionalism including their manager.
On my recent visit, I was charged more than usual for the same items I regularly purchase. When I brought this to the cashier's attention, the employee rudely came from the back I believe it was their manager, threw the receipt away, and stated that this is always the price. His dismissive attitude, combined with the comment that "it's busy, and we're working too much," was uncalled for. While I understand that the staff may be busy, this does not justify overcharging or treating customers with disrespect. I will no longer be returning to this location due to this unpleasant experience. I urge you to hire staff who are not only competent but also courteous and respectful to your loyal customers.

The customer service at this KFC in Masonville Place is utterly horrible! The employees appear to lack proper training in serving customers, taking orders, and or even realizing what items to put in bags. Both the management and the overall service standards here, seem to be gone down the drain over the years. I would advise caution if you’re considering ordering food here.
