This is the only kfc/taco bell that doesn’t serve ketchup! So we had to eat our chicken and fries without ketchup? Crews are not friendly at all… bad service overall??

The opening times are inaccurate, and the last time I ordered chicken it was dry and seemed over cooked. Today I got chicken snack wraps (2 for 5$) and it was a lot smaller than advertised and they weren't labelled either (one was ordered spicy), I know snack wraps aren't supposed to be huge but it was disappointing to see how little they were and that they were barely as long as a child's hand. The four wraps I picked up cost about 20-something, if they're meant to be this small they should be cheaper. Wait times for food can take a while as well and the employees can have an attitude sometimes too. Honestly it's better to go to an official seperate restaurant, I chose this location due to convenience.

So not only does this place lie about their times, but the workers can be rude and arrogant. They'll also stand and stare at you instead of speaking. Disappointed with this location now. Find somewhere else to eat.

The size of the pieces are ridiculous, it seems like they cut a portion in half. Now it turns out that you don't have drink refills and the worst thing is that they don't give you sauces and when you order and ask for mayonnaise they tell you that they will charge you separately! I won't go again.

I ordered 3 plant based combo, they only put 2 fries in the bag, my wife went to ask about that.they already new what was missing and they tried to blame new Young employee. I asked for extra spicy mayo when I ordered they only put few drops of mayo upon asking they talked very rude and said this is what you get . Plant based not cooked properly. Never had a problem with KFC before, but I ordered from this location via Uber Eats last night, and the entire bucket just smelled like someone had been chain-smoking directly into it.Every single piece of chicken tasted like cigarettes & ash. Totally inedible.

Ordered for pick up at 7pm. Cashier said that there will be 17minutes wait. Received order at 7:30pm. Got home around 7:45pm. Opened the bag. Smell like burnt chicken. Drumstick look like this. Worst kfc experience ever.

The worst food I’ve ever had in my life. Waited over an hour for it to arrive via Uber before I even opened it I knew something was wrong bc it reeked of smoke. The oil was so old and so burnt that every piece of chicken smells and is inedible. If that wasn’t bad enough there’s hair cooked into some of the chicken. What a waste of food.

I ate sandwiche of the day at this KFC and it was Wednesday so they had Zinger burger in their menu just for $5. It was really yummy and also I received my order really fast.

Tried to order on Ubereats many time on separate days but my order always ends up being cancelled by the driver or the store.Never had a pleasant experience at this location. Both through delivery and in person.

They need to mix the culture of the workers besides just indians/middle eastern. They could lose customers more and I doubt reviews will do much unlesss something really seriously happened in person with the food spot.
