Yesterday I placed an order through Doordash and it was my first time trying fish and chips from the iconic Kipps Lane Fish and Grill. I think it was the tastiest fish and chips I ever had!! The first time I tried fish and chips was in London, United Kingdom and I could say it confidently that the fish and chips I had yesterday was actually better than what I had in London, UK.

You know what? Let me just say this. I walked in and I can just tell, oh yeah. This is THE fish and chips place to go. Golden haddock and fries, and my god they really told me again. This is THE place to go. Stop reading this and go order!

Take out only. 15 minute wait was fine. Fish had alot of batter, which was very crunchy. Fries were overcooked as well

I ordered their Haddock Dinner and their coleslaw through Uber, 11 mins before they close and the food was well prepared, not rushed. The packaging with your name on it warms my heart. The taste, and the packaging feels like your grandparents prepared it for you. The taste is so good. Thank you guys 😊.

Yesterday was our first visit here and the staff were very friendly and the portion sizes were quite large!
Unfortunately the food had this underlying grease taste, as though the fryers hadn’t been changed out in a while.
Will give another shot sometime

Yesterday i tried there NEW, BIG CURRIED BRAT. Batter fried sausage was soo good, comes sliced with a curry ketchup that is a perfect pairing. This is my new favorite 😍 dish. Its addicting EVERYONE NEEDS TO TRY THIS!!!!! Ill be back today for another lol 😆

I’ve been going to Kipps Lane fish and chips since I was about 12 years old! I used to ride my bike there. Always quality! Always very friendly! This is the best fish and chips in the city hands down! It’s worth the Drive. Wonderful family owned! Truly excellent.

I've ordered from here several times now and the food is always amazing. You get what you pay for! The fish, fries, coleslaw and homemade tartar sauce are some of the best I've ever had and the portions are generous. I also recommend their battered mushrooms with aioli!
Shaw's ice cream in the desserts is a rare treat!
In a world where corners are increasingly cut, and eateries can't even put the word "cream" in their iced desserts, Kipps Lane Fish & Chips stands out for their quality! Can't wait to order from here again!

Nice people, good food. It's only take out now. If you live close and can take it home I'm sure it's great. I find it pricey to eat in your car. First pic on google shows seats and it says dine in on google.

From England here. Grew up around local chippies my whole life. Nothing beats fish and chips. But this place? Never have I had such fantastic food. The chicken caesar wrap is unbelievable. It’s like having it for the first time every time I eat it. My first time having poutine in Canada was also this place and again it never fails to deliver. Will never stop ordering from here. The staff are lovely lovely people. Their garlic aioli sauce is homemade which for me personally is the icing on the cake. If you get chance to come here you must. It’s affordable, parking is easy the food is always hot and you’re never waiting long at all. Thank you Kipps Lane Fish and Chips for making me real tasteful food!!
