The Knotty Pine Restaurant. It is wonderful place to eat. I have been there many times over years. At least a couple of decades now. Breakfast is my reason usually. I don't usually have breakfast or eat out at that time of day, but when I do, that's the place for me. True Consistency of food, service, and atmosphere. All 5 Stars. Those things are lacking in this era in a lot of places. I am glad once again this morning I was not disappointed. In fact I was extremely impressed with my server, Nora. Nora remembered me from months ago and that is so much an oddity considering this Restaurant is attached to the Days Inn. Hundreds or maybe thousands of guest are served. It had made my mornings of the past and this present morning again was extraordinary. I am sure you will have fantastic meals when you go there too!

Fries were old and mostly hard , I was going to get gravy even tho it was 3$ but decided against it , I guess it was a good thing or it would have been a waste of gravy. Club house sandwich was ok , but lettuce tasted old & could have used a tiny bit of mayo for flavour .
Sorry but DeL-mar dinner on Dundas has better club sandwich with fries , it’s cheaper and their fries are cooked well and you get more of it for less money. And del mar club house taste fresher& seasoned . Ordered from Uber eats
