This is not my first time at this restaurant, usually a great experience so we decided to celebrate our 5 year anniversary here. This time was absolutely horrid. We ordered a fried chicken dish and it showed up at our table undercooked. We expressed this kindly and asked the kitchen to cook the food longer; they proceeded to basically say we were lying, cut into our food and told us to show them the raw chicken. At this point we requested management and they didn’t even care to come out and fix the situation. We ended up paying for food we didn’t eat and left. Thanks for ruining our 5 year anniversary:)

First time at this restaurant. I have to say the food was good and the the portions were generous. The service was great until it was time to have some food packed.We asked for take out boxes to pack the unfinished food, and I was told that I had to pay $1 (the lady did not even know the cost and had to run back and forth to find out) for each take out box. This ruined the experience. We tried to limit the number of take out boxes and yet was charged for more than what we used. Refused to pay for the returned boxes.Would you not want your customers to order more food? And you should be transparent about your charges of take out boxes.

Went today and the bim bap such a small portion!! We left hungry we won't return its our second time noticing how small it was. Hardly any rice and just overall a fail.. add more rice give it bulk it would of changed entire

Food is flavourful as usual. I had the bibimbap, disappointed that they were a bit stingy on the ingredients. Rice cake dish could use a bit more rice cakes. Side dishes were ok, my favourite sweeten potatoes was not served. Overall an ok experience that won’t make me come back anytime soon.

Their food and service are great. Definitely a place you come to share things. Can get pretty pricey. These guys have a grill they will bring to your table so you can cook your own food or you can get them to cook it for you.
It's been a while since I ate food that tasted like food.I had sweet and sour pork with jjambbong, and it tasted just like Korea.Jjamppong has a rich taste similar to Gyodong Jjamppong.London seems like a good place for Koreans to live.
