5 Star food, service and dining experience. We had the shareable platter which included SO much food that we even went home with plenty of left overs!! I highly recommend trying this restaurant if you haven't already, it is delicious.

In these economically challenging times stopping for a bite to eat isn't quite as easy and casual as it used to be. Looking at the menu prices made me wince a bit. No judgement, it is what it is and prices are skyrocketing everywhere. That being said I ordered the Hot Honey Crispy and it did NOT disappoint! Holy Mother of Chicken, that was a LOT of food! Cooked perfectly, just enough seasoning, very crispy and tasty.
We ordered take-out, so we paid before we received our order. I always hate tipping from the get-go because you've just been there long enough to order and have no idea what the food and service are going to be like. Sort of a tipping leap of faith, LOL. In hindsight I should have tipped more. It really isn't "fast food" - good chicken really shouldn't be. But the staff, especially the lady who took our order, kept us entertained while we waited. Really nice people working there. And to the lady working in the ice cream part, you've convinced me. Next time I'll have some of that Moose Tracks. Thanks for the sample!

We went last night, on a recommendation of a coworker. I had read the reviews, and figured we’d give it a shot. Absolutely delicious!! The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere was great. It’s a busy place, they must do a killer delivery service, while we were there, there were at least 10 delivery drivers, came in and out. It’s not a super fast, but it’s well worth the wait! My chicken sandwich was fantastic, and the Mac & Cheese was equally as good. We will be back, even if it’s across the city for us.

Everything was going great, food was good, service was something to be desired but when I was halfway done my meal I found a piece of plastic in my food. Waitress said we will discount the bill. I expected that the sandwich would be taken off but it was only 25% discounted! Wow brutal! If that is how you apologize to your customers I will not be going back. Terrible customer service!
This is the best place if you are craving a delicious meal. Their fries menu, chicken sandwiches, and vegetarian ones are so good. I've been there like 6 times so far, and every time, they serve this amazing food. Full of flavor and just made with perfection. 100% recommended. Also, on top of the good food, the staff are super friendly and professional.

I go here for lunch on Wednesday. There only 4 tables in the restaurant, which all already got served. And it takes them 25 mins for a wrap and a bowl. The things is the food not even that good. The wrap you can literally get it from anywhere and it's will taste the same The sever is nice and they even feel worried for us. They probably need to hire a new bunch of cook

First time at Kosmos, it did not disappoint! I came for take out but decided to change my plan sit in. Decor is beautiful, clean and defined sitting areas. Staff were clearly dealing with a busy lunch rush, but they took my order and told me it would be a wait. I did a quick errand and came back to take out ready! We decided to share, Dill pickle sandwich was crispy chicken with creamy dill, great pickles, and feta sauce. The bee sting was my favourite of the two! Huge pieces of chicken on both! Fries are fresh cut and well seasoned. I wish the staff best wishes at this location, it will only get busier! Hope it stays west.
