The waiting time is excessive. Please don’t come to this restaurant anytime. The service was too slow. I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody. We were waiting for almost 40 minutes after we had food for our takeout order but we haven’t received it yet.

I have ordered chilli Gobi, which was a special dish. The taste was very bland and no flavor in the dish. Very disappointed with the taste. I have been at the restaurant few times but this time was very bad.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of dining at Kothur Indian Cuisine with my coworkers, and I must say it was a delightful experience. As an elderly woman who values punctuality and heartfelt service, I was thoroughly impressed. The food arrived right on time, and every dish was a treat. I especially enjoyed the lamb vindaloo and beef masala and the spices were perfectly balanced and full of flavor, just the way I like it. The staff were exceptionally polite and humble, making us feel truly welcome. Their attentive service even extended to a complimentary dessert, which was a lovely surprise and a sweet ending to ourmeal.

I ordered online on their website today at around 5:50pm for pickup. It was only 1 item and I got a message saying the order will be ready in 40 minutes. I went to pickup around 6:30pm and told them my name. They didn’t know if the order was being made or already made, just told me to wait. I waited for 5-10 minutes and asked again. The girl told me sorry we just saw your order now (after telling me to wait as it’s being made). I had little kids in the car so I said I can’t wait another 20 minutes and wanted a refund. Then they told me wait for 5 minutes and your order will be ready. So finally I got my order of only 1 item in 1.5 hours (see photos for time) And when we went home to actually eat it, it was terrible. No taste, no masala, only boiled lamb in tomato paste with 2 pieces of green peppers. I wasted 1 hour and my money on the most tasteless food I have ever had. They really need to improve on so many levels here. I won’t be coming back to this place ever again.
