We had a fantastic time at the Labatt Brewery tour in London, ON! The experience was full of fascinating historical insights about the Labatt family, the early days of the brewery, and lots of fun facts and stories (even some ghost stories!).
Rhonda (in the picture with us), our tour guide, was not only incredibly friendly and welcoming but also very knowledgeable about beer, which made the experience even better.
I highly recommend this tour — it’s $20 very well spent, considering the behind-the-scenes visit, the history you’ll learn, and the chance to taste some of their beers at the end (including a few I had never tried before!).
One small note: the information on their website could use some reorganization and updates, but if you email them directly, Rhonda is quick to respond and super helpful.
One of the worst sites I have been
worst for truckers no respect given
Treated like no one
Had an amazing tour with Rhonda, she was an incredible guide who was so knowledgeable and very friendly. I was the designated driver and she even got me a non-alcoholic beer for during the tasting. It was great to see so much of the production of Labatt! Definitely a highlight of our trip to London. To book the tour we went into the beer store and they gave us Rhonda’s email, she was very responsive.
Had an amazing tour with Rhonda today. She was well informed and so personable! It was a group of 4 of us and we all had a great time, highly recommend! The website is a bit wonky so pop into the beer store and ask about tours or send an email and they’re definitely willing to set something up!
For Truckers-
1st photo- It ll take you to checking office- Harton st lights🚦 then right ➡️to Talbot st following Simcoe st. You ll see the intercom there just press and they ll let you in
2nd photo- make left⬅️ from checkin office to richmond st then left from the lights🚦 to Horton st.
Just 100 ft after you ll see yard on the right and docks just across the road. You have to backup there via crossing both roads in reverse gear.
They say both street lights are sync to each other but its a lie so be careful
Website opens up to 'The Beerstore' and phone number is not in service. Couldn't even book a ticket for a tour!
Racing from a parking lot on the west side of Richmond Street to a parking lot on the east side of Richmond Street to chat with his buddy, this associate had no respect for traffic. When called out on his reckless behaviour he smiled (smirked). Complaining to Labatt's regarding behaviour I have been met with silence. Living in London, in this community around Labatt's makes me sad to have them as neighbours. I question whether the arrogant actions will cause an accident before this man retires.... A moment that has soured my opinion of Labatt's in London Ontario. You will not get a dime out of me.
The labatts product in Michigan are often flat please fix this problem, We very much like your beer
For trucker path read the information and follow instructions will help you to reach there without any problem
if you are coming from 401 Toronto side then take exit 189 high-bury ave south then take a exit on commissioners road , take a left on light towards. commissioners road east then go all the way straight and take a right on wharncliffe road south then go straight and take a right on horton street east
Took an urgent empty can load to deliver here. We were told we would be unloaded immediately. Been here 7 hours and still haven't touched the freight. UPDATE: Finally got offloaded after 9 hours and being ghosted by the freight broker who sold me the freight for detention. Imagine if they took this long to give you their beer at the beer store. They would be out of business.
