I was blown away not only by the gorgeous detail put into the cookie designs, but also by Laurie’s professionalism and care as a business owner. She had accidentally dropped off our cookies at the wrong location, and she leaped into action to fix the problem immediately- despite her family gearing up to leave on holiday that very moment. She made things right, and was extremely apologetic and polite while we worked through the problem.
