I don’t typically leave a bad review, because I figure no one is perfect all the time, but I had to this time.This is a long story, so I’ll just say that you don’t make a customer feel like a Karen and gaslight them into thinking they’re wrong because you don’t want to fix your mistake. 0/10 will not go back.

The flavor was amazing. It was sweet, cold, and refreshing. It tasted perfect: brown sugar sweetness and just enough sugar. The tea was just strong enough, and the boba completed the whole thing and brought the flavors together. Overall, one of the best milk teas I’ve ever tasted.
Really good taste and high quality bubble tea here. I can not wait to come back and try some of their other flavors.
