Terrible customer service over the phone. Who ever was the working the phone Jan 24 @ 5:40 Dundas location near first. Disrespectful, laughing, ignorant and just over disgusted by the whole experience. We explained our kid has an ulcer and wanted light sauce for the 2nd hot & ready and apparently that was funny. He then proceeds to be disrespectful when asking about light sauce and we didn't explain what we wanted on our first pizza? It was a hot and ready, pep .. we explained that. The ignorance in the voice, you should be fired!!!

A week ago order lunch combo ate two slices next thing started feeling sick ? ( Food poisoning) went home to puke ? and extra called the day off to ask for cash refund told me gotta wait until manager ok np never got a call came in twice once I was back to normal still gotta wait for manager so finally today he called me to say only within two days you can get cash refund first never was told that second couldn’t leave the bed for three days so told him I would like to complain to head office about you and the training on your part what’s your name dude exactly say for the protection of his workers he won’t give me his name dude I’m only reporting you still no like WOW so if you eat here most likely be getting food poisoning and maybe get credit ? what a joke this place

The crazy bread was literally hard as rock and sounded like you were eating potato chips when you took a bite. Crust on pizza was the same. Called the manager and he was rude and offered no credit or refund. I’m a regular customer and very disappointed in the customer service I received. I will not be going back.

live in this area of the city stopped to get hot n ready cheese which they didnt have made most franchises will say that will be about 8 mins instead the kid working argued they didnt have any...um okay so do you have the said ingredients in the back?....I again tried to order...I gave up as clearly he didnt understand the assignment...will not back to support this location as they clearly dont value their customers should have checked their reviews first shame I had to offer one star as it was a waste of time and energy dealing with such ignoarnace and incompetence

Tried the new pretzel bread and pizza and way too salty. Unedible and gross! Liteterally tastes like eating a spoonful of salt.
Terrible quality pizza, orders are never ready for when I arrive. I'd recommend going to location at 161 Clarke Road

Ordered a pizza about a week ago (deep dish) and it came not fully cooked (raw dough) and they did compensate by allowing a free pizza for pick up or delivery within the month. Just got another deep dish and requested it was well done and it also came with raw dough. Whoever is the cook isn’t good at cooking deep dishes.

When I’m travelling, sometimes I’ll pick up some crazy bread. Every single Little Censers will heat up the sauce. I went to this location and the cashier refused to heat it up. So I left without buying anything. Is it that much to ask for? The laziness is appalling. A 16 to 18 year old cashiers is that lazy they can’t heat up some sauce? I would have even tipped her. I won’t ever stop here again.

it took like 30 mintute's for my pizza to cook and when I got it it was the wrong toppings, I ordered pepperoni and got different toppings, I also found hairs and a beetle in my pizza. gross dirty bad

Don't order tonight or until the blonde guy who's working knows how to do his job. Showed for a pre-order and he gave it away as I walked at pick up time. Only to have my wings sit in a hot box and wait for a new pizza cuz he was paying attention. I pre-ordered my food it should have been a simple walk in and walkout not wait for a whole new pizza.
