It’s been the worst experience ever had in the last 3 years with Little Caesars.
Never ever order with them, and one of the employee named “Sydney” she is the worst employee I have ever faced in my whole life. She is liar, not at all cooperative and arrogant enough and also she misses so much times and just proving she is right and understands customers are fools.

Absolutely a terrible experience...was told 5-8 minutes for pizzas that were supposed to be "hot and ready". Ended up waiting 25 minutes and the staff didn't care at all. Gave me some story about the ovens not being on totally. Avoid this location at all cost. Staff didn't offer anything for more than double the quoted wait time. Staff were rude and not helpful at all. Will never return, or recommen d this location..shameful service. Pizza was under cooked as well.

Not quite sure how you mess up a "hot and ready" pepperoni pizza... But this location was able to do just that. Not only did half the pizza have zero pepperoni (just cheese), the other half had mushrooms. As for the "hot and ready" part... The pizza clearly had been sitting around for a few hours (at least). They should just change the name to "stale and not at all what you ordered"... safe to say, I will never return to this location.

Zero customer service! Disrespectful and abusive behaviour ?? Visited Thursday may 30,2024 at 3:14 pm Cashier told her name Sydney! Calls herself the manager, doesn’t deserves to be! As she’s cutting down the number of customers by disrespectfully treating and not being apologetic! I live near by and never gonna order from them,because self respect comes first!
The last 3 times I've ordered from this location I've had a bad experience.The first time, I ordered for me and some extended family, they messed up the pizza order. I called and they fixed the issue by giving me the correct pizzas later that day.The second time, I ordered food half an hour in advance, came at the time the order was supposed to be ready, and ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes for the food to be done. There was no empathy or apology from the employees who saw me wait the entire time.The third time, today. My wife ordered food over the phone, I heard her speak concisely what we wanted. We arrived at the time the food was supposed to be ready and I waited another 20 minutes before I could even talk to staff. I had to wait further to get the food and find out the food on the order was wrong, they gave us an extra pizza that we didn't want and didn't include multiple food items we clearly asked for over the phone multiple times. The store was close to closing, they couldn't make the food we wanted.I'm not returning to this store

I just had the worst experience here. You were rude. You laughed the whole time that you took my order then got it wrong and refused to make the right order. I was extremely clear about my order. I live around the corner, but will never return. Your attitude was awful. And I left with food I didn’t order or want.

The reason I am only giving it 3 stars and not more is the price. In my opinion over 40 for just 3 medium pizzas and 3 dipping sauces is far too much!! The food was decent but I wasn't expecting to pay quite so much, especially since I walked in to get it!!
