Don't ever order from this location. I love Little Caesars pizza from other stores, but it’s been two times already that I got the burnt pizza from this store. And they always forget the dipping sauce.

If I could do no stars I would. This location is close to home so its best in a pinch. The gentleman working did not wear deodorant and the entire store stunk. I asked him to do the crazy puffs at 9:07pm, he proceeded to tell me he can't do that because they close in 50 minutes and he needs more time to make the dough (not true). Terrible customer service and downright laziness. Will not return t9 this location, will drive the distance to the wonderland location

Beware of rude Mgr at hyde park location Aug 29 2025 served rock hard crazy bread and undercooked pizza ..refused to refund dispite returning food .he hung up on me and then wouldn't answer the phone Head office will be called ! Do not go to this location

We ordered from there almost every Friday night, as my child likes stuffed crust. Tonight, we ordered deep dish ultimate supreme and…..pizza was burned with black edges. When husband took it back, the employee said they can’t do it any other way. Which is a lie, we never had any problems before. Husband asked for a not-burned pizza…..he got it…..with a raw dough!!!!!! Gross!!!!🤮 if these new guys can’t cook pizza maybe pouring coffee in cups would be more fitting position. Well, thanks but we will not be going there again!

This place was my favorite til this past Friday, not only did they give me a time it would take which ended up being double, I stood there watching an employee making the pizza touch and message on their phone and continued to touch toppings without proper hand hygiene, to then getting home and finding plastic in my slice of pizza. Thank goodness I found it and not one of my toddlers. Needless to say I have emailed the company!!

I went there for a couple hot n ready (none were ready) which was good since I got to stand there and see the kitchen worker wiping his running nose 🤧 all over his ungloved hands and not washing them making every order and handling the food with dirty hands contaminating every order. Noped out got a refund and left. 🤮 Never going back

Woman making the food was not wearing a hair net. Doesn't make me excited for their food. Also you can see how dirty thrle countertop is that they were preparing food on. My pizza box had uncooked cheese mashed into the bottom.

They pack our order like a pyramid, refuse to give us a bag for the smaller stuff and when the wings fell off and landed in the parking lot they tried to charge us for a replacement, which they refused to give us. Their pizza isn't great either. Save your money and go anywhere else.
Arrived for a pick up order 25 min after placing it on the app and I was told upon arrival that she hadn’t even seen my order and she’d start working on it then. This is during lunch break so time was of an essence. Found attention to detail totally disregarded here.

SHOUT OUT TO AJAY THAT MADE MY CLASSIC PEPPERONI PIZZA NEAR 9:00 PM FEB 11🫶🏻🫶🏻. Because the crust was golden, crispy outside and soft inside and he noticed I wanted a fresh pizza and offered to make one. I appreciated that and honestly should’ve tipped him more. Thanks for your patience and the pizza he made was 🔥🔥🔥.It literally was just pepperoni and cheese but he did it well👏🏻 and I know a disappointing pizza (50/50 chance), but he did it right so thank you so much!! Yes I did eat one fresh in the car.. it makes a difference 😂 by the time you’re home, it cools down and still good but not as good as it is hot and fresh!

Very bad experience. Went to pick up 2 pizzas… only 1 was made. Had to wait for second pizza to be cooked. Then went to leave and slipped and fell on ice outside the door. Got home only to find second pizza wayyy undercooked. Disgusting. The other pizza was barely edible. NEVER going back.
