SHOUT OUT TO AJAY THAT MADE MY CLASSIC PEPPERONI PIZZA NEAR 9:00 PM FEB 11🫶🏻🫶🏻. Because the crust was golden, crispy outside and soft inside and he noticed I wanted a fresh pizza and offered to make one. I appreciated that and honestly should’ve tipped him more. Thanks for your patience and the pizza he made was 🔥🔥🔥.It literally was just pepperoni and cheese but he did it well👏🏻 and I know a disappointing pizza (50/50 chance), but he did it right so thank you so much!! Yes I did eat one fresh in the car.. it makes a difference 😂 by the time you’re home, it cools down and still good but not as good as it is hot and fresh!

Very bad experience. Went to pick up 2 pizzas… only 1 was made. Had to wait for second pizza to be cooked. Then went to leave and slipped and fell on ice outside the door. Got home only to find second pizza wayyy undercooked. Disgusting. The other pizza was barely edible. NEVER going back.

Nothing is ever ready, I understand the logic of not wanting to waste food- but it goes against the branding, have stopped in expecting to be in and out and ended up waiting 10+ minutes for a “hot and ready” no idea why the franchise lets the owner of this location hurt the brand like this

The pizza is rare! It’s even not cooked well. My mouth full of flours, that’s really disgusting. And I ordered oven roast wings, there only 2 wings inside the other is all legs so why I order for wings? Never come back again

Former employee here. The Hyde Park LC location is a mess. The employees aren't trained well and they have not had a full time head manager for a very long time. But this is on upper management. No one wants to be a manager at LC in London. Assistant managers only get $0.25 higher than regular staff (minimum wage), and head managers only get $0.50 more than regular staff. The worst part is that upper management does not give their managers their raises for MONTHS after their promotions. This is criminal. I understand why many of the London LC locations struggle to find managers, especially Hyde Park. If you can't even give someone a TINY $0.25 raise, don't own a business.

So I called to order the stuffed pizza and bread combo and was told I can only do online.So I did but wanted extra sauce on pizza and extra parm/garlic on bread but options were not there. I called the store literally 10 times to add my requests but no answer so had to go in and asked as I was waiting in parking lot. They said yes when I got my order home the pizza was so so but bread had nothing on it! I went to website and gave my comments but heard nothing back so this is why I'm posting a review because if your going to boast satisfaction guaranteed then follow through. Wasn't looking for anything free etc but a response would have been nice.

My daughter loves Little Caesar's so we get one every now and then. This is the first time I actually kind of enjoyed their pizza as well so as far as little Caesar's goes, this is the best I've been to.If you're looking for a hot and ready cheese pizza, call ahead because they likely will not have one, but you can look forward to a freshly prepared one when you get there.
Kid-friendliness: Every kid I know loves their pizza.
hearing the experiences from people i know and also working there, this location is absolute trash.. horrible bosses and coworkers, lacking training and not caring or training workers for customer service, if customers are in the lobby. also no warnings or feedback, i was just let go on new year’s eve, as well. i will never support or recommend this location to anyone.

Arrived at the store at 740pm. Nobody in the restaurant. And I mean NOBODY! The owner should look at getting new staff because anybody could go in and take everything. Stood there for nearly 15 minutes, calling out hello multiple times. Horrible. Absolutely

Hot'n'Ready is never Ready... Or just Pepperoni. More and more Little Caesars are having this problem. Rename them to "Hot'n'About 10-15 minutes and I would actually respect it more.
