My daughter loves Little Caesar's so we get one every now and then. This is the first time I actually kind of enjoyed their pizza as well so as far as little Caesar's goes, this is the best I've been to.If you're looking for a hot and ready cheese pizza, call ahead because they likely will not have one, but you can look forward to a freshly prepared one when you get there.Kid-friendliness: Every kid I know loves their pizza.

hearing the experiences from people i know and also working there, this location is absolute trash.. horrible bosses and coworkers, lacking training and not caring or training workers for customer service, if customers are in the lobby. also no warnings or feedback, i was just let go on new year’s eve, as well. i will never support or recommend this location to anyone.

Arrived at the store at 740pm. Nobody in the restaurant. And I mean NOBODY! The owner should look at getting new staff because anybody could go in and take everything. Stood there for nearly 15 minutes, calling out hello multiple times. Horrible. Absolutely

Hot'n'Ready is never Ready... Or just Pepperoni. More and more Little Caesars are having this problem. Rename them to "Hot'n'About 10-15 minutes and I would actually respect it more.

Worst experience from Hyde park location. 2 separate situations, first was delivery service never dropped off my order, management wouldn’t acknowledge issue and it took a week to recover our money. Second time they too order for wings when they didn’t have any. Left message for management with no response.

Should’ve read all these one star reviews before ordering. Popped by the other day for a hot and ready, I was eye’n the cardboard box after the first slice thinking that would probably test better. I shrugged it off thinking it was a one timer. Came in tonight, preordering trying to skirt my way around the garbage hot and ready. Ordered a Detroit deep dish (our usual order) and got this mess of donut in the picture. The staff don’t care, I can’t blame them but there’s lots of folks willing to work and your store must be taking a hit with all these unhappy customers. Seems this owner is checked out. Won’t be coming back. Like someone else said, Dominos is down the way.

Ordered pizza tonight for pickup and this is what we got. I called them and they remade it but it wasn't too much better. I've worked at little caesars before and I know for a fact that this isn't how it's supposed to look.The lack of care from this store really shows. This place definitely needs either new management, or more consequences for their employees.

People that work there during the day are miserable and rude can’t follow instructions and won’t even say hello or acknowledge your presence the girl put the pizza on the counter didn’t say a word couldn’t even eye contact. This happened last time I went in with the exact same two people.The pizza is sub-par compared to other little Caesar locations… I definitely won’t be back.

Bunt to a crisp, wasnt stuffed crust as ordered, didnt care when brought to their attention. Sick of fast food being immune to bad service because they are paid either way.Even the dogs didnt eat it

Bought some crazy bread and sauce and pizza. Got home to find out the sauce was moldy and smelled super fermented and disgusting. They were willing to change the sauce and gave me a new crazy bread to not cause I was upset. Almost fed that sauce to my 3yr old. They didn’t seem to even really care that they served me sauce with a nice greenish whitelayer on top…
