5 months ago I visited here and was asked..🤔no....pressured by the guy working to give them a five-star review as they had new owners and new employees and the quality and service was going to be 100 times better from there on out, Which I did.....as he asked.....right then and there. I'll give it that the service and food was good and actually hot that specific day. Ever since then it has been very disappointing and I have had it atleast 6 or 7 times since then. The wait time has been up to 40 minutes when I agreed to wait the 7 or 8 minutes they said it would take. Other times the pizza tasted old and not at all fresh and another time I was given the completely wrong pizzas that had been carelessly labeled wrong.
Dear owner: you can not run a business if you can not be present in the business. If you purchased this franchise and think it will run itself it will.....straight into the ground. You might aswell have rolled all that money you spent on buying it up and stuff it where the sun don't shine because they are one in the same at this point ....have a great day✌️

new owners, new staff. old staff have posted reviews (check them out, itll tell you everything you need to know) constantly cancelling online orders or taking 40 minutes to accept them. They keep pizzas in the warmer for an hour and also failed their health inspection check a few months ago soooo 100% recommended spending your well earned money somewhere that will actually care!

I ordered a stuffed crust pretzel pizza, a regular pretzel pizza, and some crazy bread. I ensured to provide detailed specifications and even called twice to confirm my order details, as well as my address and phone number. When the delivery driver arrived—after an extended wait at the store—unfortunately, I received two regular pretzel pizzas instead of my order. They were also cold and not suitable for consumption.
I reached out to the store, and the employee acknowledged the mix-up and assured me that a replacement pizza would be sent. After waiting an additional hour, I contacted the store again, but my experience was disheartening. I spoke with a gentleman who was quite aggressive and claimed the replacement pizza had been left at my apartment's doorway, which I found puzzling since the buzzer system is located outside. He mentioned that the delivery driver had been outside for 20 minutes, which was not the case
Despite having given my information multiple times, he requested it again and became increasingly frustrated. He concluded our conversation by suggesting I come in for a refund and hung up. When I attempted to call back, I was met with the same response.

Customer service was great. Arvee took my order and welcomed me with a smile cant ask for much more than that. Hot and ready cheese pizza was fresh. Deep dish was probably the best deep dish I’ve had from a little Caesar’s. only complaint one of my hot and readys had very thick crust compared to the second one we had. Overall 4.3 out of 5

Make sure to check your pizza I got a deep dish from here and there was barley any cheese I felt like I was eating non cheese bread with marinara sauce I paid almost 20$ for garbage. Every time I get a deep dish from little ceasers it’s thick and very well topped off with a good amount of cheese this time I was eating sauce.
