pretty bad service. both times I went there, I was approached by workers that stood there and stared at me. honestly, they just stood there, looked at me, and didn't say anything. pretty ignorant if you ask me. the first time I went, the pizza was fine, but the second time it was undercooked

Went in to grab several fresh and readies and absolutely nothing was available, I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes before anything would be available. This was a Friday afternoon. I left.

I just tried to place an order, and the person who answered the phone was so uninterested in taking my order, her tone was rude, and was rushing me through my order, that I just flat out decided not to go through with my order and order from somewhere else. I normally don’t need people to be super nice, and do understand when you’re busy it’s hard, but she quite literally did not want to take my order. So after she interrupted me to try and end my order, I decided just to say no thanks, and took my business elsewhere.

Walked in for a couple of hot and ready pizzas, the guy working the counter had no customer service skills, made me feel like I was bothering him. I had to make him repeat what he was saying 3 times as he was talking like he had marbles in his mouth.
Went there first time to get a piece of pie, but I got piece of shiitttt instead. They can't even make a cheese bread, it was burnt and found fried green pepper in the box, that they may be taken from the garbage. Never going again for the sake of my health.

Gave us a straight up raw pizza and then told me “the oven wasn’t working right early this morning but they had someone into fix it”. Offered for us to bring back the pizza but by that point already had fed it to the children. They are knowingly using a faulty oven. Report filed with the health unit and head office. Also the staff in there were extremely inconsistent.

Pizza had no sauce.The pizza was white and was smelly. It looked like a ghost and it tasted flavourless. The Detroit style deep dish was very thick and fatty. The garlic cheese bread was too salty we couldn't eat them. Also it all was sloppy. In short the food wasn't good. The 900 Oxford street east was where we had got it from. 👎🏽😒.
