I ordered a large pepperoni, 20 minutes later I went to pick it up and they told me my order wasn't ready, then they asked me what my order was and told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later I went back, they once again asked what I ordered and told me that it wasn't ready and said I would have to wait.very bad staff also

Check your pizza before you leave. I ordered from here last week. For pickup on my way home from work. Once I got home, I discovered it wasn’t what I ordered. The sticker on the box had my name and order, but what was in the box, was something different. I called them, they said I could come back and they’d make me the right pizza, or call the 1-877 number. Since it would have taken me another 1/2 hour, plus waiting for the pizza, I took the option to call. It’s been a week…not call back, I even emailed them, with no response. I guess I’m out my money, and I’ll just go somewhere else from now on.

Don’t ask for a timed delivery. They use door dash and take no responsibility when ordering from little caesers website. Order was delivered 20 minutes early, dropped off at my front door to get cold and driver says they handed it to me when they didn’t. Called little caesers and they will take no responsibility for the order. Horrible customer service. Tired to have this order delivered for my lunch break. Not worth the money and will not return to this store due to how they handled it or lack there of handling it.

Hot n Ready? more like pizza from the day before.My pizza had a weird cut, as if a few slices were taken then replaced with fresh slices, then left out for the day.Got sick hours later and it honestly was just a really bad pizza. Crazy bread is lacking too, tasted like undercooked garlic dough.
I briefly spoke to Gabe on the phone inquiring about skip the dishes! He was very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you for the kind service, so refreshing.
