I called on new years after ordering from Uber eats. I spoke to Jeff and he was able to provide me with personalized service even though I was ordering through the app. I greatly appreciated it and will definitely be ordering from this store again!

Donāt say your open at 11 and have nothing to offer at 11, supposed to have stuff ready for 11 hence āopen for serviceā waste of my time when I was told they would have hot and readys ready for a little kids party but was definitely wrong

Went in for a pick up order. Girl working never acknowledged my existence stood there counted her whole till. I stood there for 5 mins she didnāt say a word to me. Not Iāll be with you in a min nothing. Then when sheās finally done counting she walks away, still has not a knowledge my existence. Then eventually tell an other coworker to come help me. Terrible customer service. What should have taken 30 secs took 6 mins.

i placed my order and when i got my pizza, it was completely wrong. when i told them that the pizza was wrong, they told me i would have to buy a new one for them to make it right. avoid this location if you can.

We ordered a medium Canadian didn't look even close the picture so we put it in the oven to melt the cheese and move the mushrooms all over the pizza. When we took it out of the oven it didn't like appetizing at all so it didn't get eaten. We have lived in our house for 35 yrs 1 block away from Little Ceasars and this is the first and last time for us.

I have been here 3 times within the past month at around normal times (12pm-6pm timeframe), and every single time there are no hot and ready pepperonis. They always tell me there will be a wait.
Nobody in the back is ever prepping pepperonis; the hot box is always completely empty; and the customer service is always subpar.
False advertising at its finest. The speediness of little Caesarās usually excused its lacklustre taste, but without anything being hot and ready, why would I not just choose a better pizza joint?
