Honestly, not a great experienceGuy taking orders didn't seem to know the ordering system very wellOur burgers weren't very good, a nice portion of fries however. The restaurant itself didn't seem very clean. The dining area had garbage on the floor in a couple spots..

This place is no more. Used to be my favourite burger place but today changed my mind. Had one person working and he burnt our burgers to a crisp. Gravy was not as good and didn't melt the cheese on the poutine. Mango smoothie we asked for a large and then given a small. Tasted watery and the boy who packed it up from the blender didnt wash in as he came from outside. Probably won't be going there anymore. So sad the old owners sold.

Best place to eat in all of London. The people are nice, the food is good, and the prices are fair. I go here at least twice a week.

Like most other reviews here, the change in ownership wasn't the best move for London Burger. It used to be one of my staples here. I'd frequent it often, come by, and get a poutine and a burger. It's sadly not entirely what it used to be. You can find similar in other reviews, but the charm of the old London Burger is just not there anymore. I miss it greatly. The last time I went, the food was okay. Not as much to write about anymore. Nothing can compare to the London Burger of old, which was the best burger I could get

Worst burger ever. Maybe if you call yourself a burger joint, make some effort and make the burgers from scratch. Frozen burgers, and the fries are not fresh cut either.Terrible

Neat little retro style Cafe. The portions are not small! Which is nice to see.Bathroom and dining room could use regular cleaning. But if you can get past that you won't be disappointed with the food. Definitely get your monies

Family went and got my food and it was burned and the onion rings tasted like store bought frozen rings. Was very disappointed, will not be buying from this place again. Accessibility wise: no actuator, front door a bit narrow, aisleways are narrow.

I loved London Burger for many years but today I witnessed the cook on his phone as he was cooking. Touching my burger with gloved hands that have handled his phone. Why is this being allowed to happen? Not safe for handling practices!

Changed new owner, has a new start, may bear more time on growing. Burger is still good, the way of wrapping needs more

Seeing the other reviews I was anticipating a nice burger from and independent burger joint. I was disappointed. Atmosphere: Upon showing up, across the street we find 5 police cars answering a disturbance call in an neighborhood, that is not the friendliest. This to me is important for families. The restaurant needs a good cleaning, from the dirty vent above the serving counter, to the walls, to the floors that need stripping and waxing The burger was average, without the condiments it would have been boring. On the good side was the poutine. Large portion, flavourful gravy with lots of cheese curds. I would not go back.

Burger tasted good but it's a frozen burger patty. As much as I like to support local companies and people, I don't think I will return because for $20 I can get a fresh made burger patty, fries and a drink I'd rather go to 5

As most people have recently mentioned, this place is no where close to what it used to be. The customer in front of me asked for a refund after waiting 20 min for a single hamburger, only for it to have frozen buns. I decided to give them one last chance(it used to be our work lunch spot), and even waited til school was done so the crowd wouldn’t be too big. Never going back, my two gyros took over a half hour and there was hardly anyone in the shop. I had to repeat 3 times that I wanted feta cheese, and they still forgot. Sad that the new ownership has ruined such a good spot, and turned it into a very slow bubble tea shop

Ever since ownership changed the place has gone incredibly downhill. 0 care out into food assembly, my burger was drowned in sauce on both sides and the patty was torn in half and haphazardly slapped on anyway. They bought the name so the old reviews seem to be up but don't trust them. The place is absolutely not the place it was a few years back. Sad to see the best burger in town become a place to avoid at all costs.
