Ordered a large pepperoni last night and my pizza has a partial ranch base?????Im so confused. i didn't order that as im allergic to ranch, and my boyfriend hates it. Im so disgusted.Have had issues with rotten wings and bad, late orders in the past but this takes the cake. Forgot part of my order and to top it all off the food was not edible, the boneless chicken pieces did not even seem to be chicken and the Caesar salad was so disappointing as it had no flavor as it was so watered down and soggy lettuce. Honestly, I would have rated this place with at least three minus stars as it was a complete waste of $30 and I never received my full order. I will never order from this place again and honestly do not even know how the business is still open!

Nothing like Dominos or Pizza Hut, this is like home cooking. My only go to for Pizza in London. Been coming here for years, and never have been disappointed. Never greasy, never dry, its just right every time !

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered a pizza that had two different colored chicken pieces on it. On calling them they said that's just not possible. I took it back to them to show and they said they're sorry about it. Let me make it clear that I wasn't looking for a refund (I did not take one either) but there is absolutely no accountability from their end. Last time I ordered from them.

Took over 1.5 hours to get my order. Im only a 5 min drive from the store. When the driver arrived he called me, and expected me to go out to his vehicle, and complained about his work load. The pizza was cold, and to top it all off, out of the 3 items ordered only the cold pizza showed up. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I HIGHLY recommend if you are hungry and there isn't a single pizza joint open ANYWHERE ELSE to just visit a local convenience store, or just go to bed hungry. Absolutely terrible first experience. Through other friends I heard this is just a terrible place.
