Wow how this restaurant has changed, not in a good way. When previous owner ran it all the food was terrific!!!!
Sorry but some cultures should stick to their own dishes.
Ordered 2 piece fish and chips , nothing like the photo. Fish was definitely made from a frozen box and fries were dry and stale.
Not to mention a 10% tip on picking up an order!
Not returning anytime soon!

My family has been coming to the Lord Gainsborough for many years. Their food is superior to most other restaurants in the city. The friendly and personable service, helps make you feel at home when eating out. I highly recommend the pizza or nachos as they are staples for me.

Friendly service is definitely a priority at this restaurant, which is hard to come by nowadays at restaurants. The food was very delicious. Definitely will come back again soon !! If you don't know what to order, I highly recommend their panzarotti. If you want another delicious menu option, a good suggestion would be their spaghetti.

My hubby and I just had the best panzarrotti, ever. Crispy golden crust, filled with the fixing’s, with a delicious sauce. The beer was good, too!

Terrible !! Food was very bad. We had chicken wings and they taste awful…It seems like they were fried right from the freezer.. no marinade. Never going back !

I could only wish this eatery was four hundred miles NE in the Ottawa Valley and I would definitely be a regular customer but I shall return. This one of the few kitchens that can do eggs Benedict to perfection....I'll be back!

I work down the road and this is a go to spot for myself and my mother! The owner and staff are so friendly, and so personable, food is consistently good, and it’s such a welcoming and relaxing spot. They redid the dining room and it looks even more incredible!

You cannot beat this place for the price, absolutely worth the stop every time! We keep coming back!
