My hubby and I tried this place for takeout for the first time for New Years Eve. Everything was quite tasty, fresh and very generous portions. I am happy to recommend this place. The person who answered the phone was very polite and pleasant. We will be back for sure!

If you want to throw your money in the trash, buy food from here. The quality was terrible — the dishes were not fresh, just huge portions that felt like they were trying to get rid of old food. On top of that, the prices were ridiculously high. I will never order from them again.

I just ordered from lucky 3 dishes 2 chicken and a beef lo mein for a total of 62.55
There was 6 thinly sliced peices of chicken in each dish and an overwhelming amount of vegetables. The flavor was great but there was maybe 10$ worth of actual food. I phoned to make a complaint. The women who answered the phone evidently didn't want to be their. I voiced my complaint and her response was..... Ok. As in what of it. I immediately hung up. Called back sightly agitated moments later this time explaining how hard I work for my money and I'd like a full refund she said she wasn't able to issue a refund and she has been making their food this way for years. So I said for years your ripping people off. I was told I'd receive a call back when someone who could issue a refund was available. I explained how this was horrendous customer service and karama comes full circle. That is robbery in my opinion. You'll see my dishes and what there was. I would call it vegetable schezuan. Usually ordering Chinese worth 60$ I can eat for the weekend now I'm left with no food and short 60$. Extremely disappointed. I'll keep you updated on what comes of this.
After judging the reviews I am lead to believe someone does good work and others are extremely sloppy and uncaring.
I understand a family run business well. Business is business but taking advantage of people and then showing apathy is bad business.
The recipes are great the food tastes amazing but if I wanted chicken flavored veggies I'd have ordered that. Never have I been so upset spending my hard earned money on such an outrageous inflation.
The delivery driver a younger girl I'm assuming this daughter the owners was very polite very courteous understanding and all around actually very enjoyable to interact with unfortunately because of the response of The other woman working that evening on Friday July 4th it has tarnished and ruined experience on top of the chicken flavored vegetables.
So update all in all customer service is absolutely horrible food quality with garbage the owner was very apathetic and unfriendly I would not suggest this restaurant to anyone anytime it's complete robbery and they don't back their product whatsoever.

Ordered the dinner for 3, for 2. 39.95 price, total after delivery/tax/tip was around 60. There was probably enough food for 6-7 normal people, so it was a relatively good value. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. The sweet and sour chicken in the order was probably the worst let down. I hated the fact that it was soggy with pre-tossed sauce, and my partner hated the fact that it was full of cartilage. I enjoy the crunchy cartilage, most people probably dont, so if you order thinking you are going to get chunks of white meat fried like the mandarin it's not going to happen. Overall I won't order from here again, but if you're looking for a spot that's close and gives you A LOT of food then I hope you all support this local business.

Just spent $42.30. I tipped the driver. Only to find out my food was slimy. It was not edible. I have a dog and I wouldn’t let her eat this..be aware if you’re thinking about ordering from here.
They said they do not deliver to my area when they have been here before then said they are short staff. Bullshit. Won’t be ordering again.

Oops! I accidentally expected good tasting food. Im not sure what happened? Not sure if it is usually this bad or I caught them on a rough day, but I couldn't recommend spending any money here. Especially with how the economy is. Microwave frozen chicken fingers and buy 2 packages of Mr. Noodle. At least you know what you're getting.

My go to place when I need something late night but don't want to pay for delivery, being close it's 20 minutes away and less then $20 to get a great meal. Looking forward to my next meal ?
