A great place to go with family or friends. They were able to seat a table of 10 of us together. Service was excellent and so was the food.

We decided to have our 20-year homecoming reunion at Lucy's and I am glad that we did. Everything was great. The food and atmosphere on Saturday was exactly what we were looking for. I hearily recommended the Katsu Sando; and you can't go wrong with any of the pizzas. Later in the evening Lucy's seamlessly morphed from a restaurant to a club making for a truly fun time.

I also have to give a shout out to Andrea and the whole staff at Lucy's. They were a delight to work with throughout the process.

Had a 10/10 experience at Lucy's this past weekend. We had a 16 guy golf tournament in town for the weekend and Lucy's accommodated us in every way. From our last minute change in reservation time to the delicious pizza-to-steak-to-oysters....We will be back! Highly recommend :)

I recently booked Lucy's Pizza & Cocktails for a class reunion party, and I can't say enough good things about, well, everything!

The cuisine was top-notch (pizzas and katsu sandos!), the vibe was stylish & festive, and the service was excellent. Kudos as well go to the DJ, who spun so many of old school tracks that we of a certain vintage truly appreciated.

Several classmates mentioned how Lucy's was the perfect venue for our party, and it really did play a major role in making memories that will last.

Finally, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention what a pleasure it was to deal with Andrea. With every interaction, she was so friendly, flexible, and focused on delivering a great experience (which she and her staff did in a big way).

Lucy's deserves 5 stars across the board, and I hope to be back soon.

I was at Lucy's for a 20-yr reunion during Homecoming Weekend. So I'm guessing I'm not in the target market for Lucy's, but if I were in my late 20s-30s I would definitely hang out there. The vibe is cool and stylish, yet without too much attitude. The music selections are excellent, and for the early part of the evening was at the right volume to allow for conversation with just a little extra effort. The bar area in the back is cozy without being cramped, allowing for easy mingling.

The food was excellent. I really liked the katsu sandos; the meat (wagyu beef?) was like butter. The kale salad was nicely dressed and full of pomegranate seeds and other treats. The potsticker style dumplings were full of savoury duck confit and served on a tasty chili sauce. The spicy chicken wings were very tasty, but the sticky sauce obliged me to use a knife and fork. And my friends who could eat dairy raved about the burrata and thin-crust pizzas.

I was impressed by the one server assigned to our group, who kept tracked of everyone's orders easily and was very fast. All the staff seemed to be friendly and efficient.

By the time I left, the place was about to turn into more of a dance club, which is not really my thing any more - but the venue looked like it would be fun. But as a small-bites resto-bar with friends before 9pm, Lucy's offered everything I could ask for. I'd go back for sure.

Vegetarian options: Kale salad, many of the pizzas, cheese-based dishes like burrata

I sent a message to them on Instagram, they did not see it. I tried to call to make a reservation, they had not picked up. I tried to make a reservation via Open Table and it was only available for diners. We just wanted to go to the party on Friday. I called them, left a voice mail, told to them that it was our anniversary and we (2 people, husband and I) wanted to came for the party. They never returned back.
We went to there to see the atmosphere. They told us that they were full. So we did not come in and looked at the people in the place. They were watching some game on TV, no one was dancing and no one looked like they were having fun in a party :D. So, we didn't go and never will. Kudos to the staff for their attitude.

We went for a girls night here and the customers were all nice and danced the night away. One of the bartenders (young, brown hair) were particularly rude; she sprayed me and my friend with her cleaning products in attempt to move us away from the bar after we had purchased our drinks. She then proceeded to say sorry to the girl next to us that may have gotten sprayed, she did not apologize to us. I feel a bit disappointed as a person of colour as this particular bartender seemed to only worry more about their race customers.
We didn’t let this ruin our night but this will be the last time I would suggest this place to my friends.

On September 14, 2024, we were in London, Ontario, with a group of friends on our way to Lucy's for a birthday celebration. Some of us travelled from Oakville, Toronto, and even Richmond Hill. Right at the door to Lucy's, one tall security guard with a half-shaved head refused to let us in. He told us to go find another place because Lucy's was booked for the night. During the discussion, groups of people exited the lounge: six people, four people, and seven more, but the tall skinny security guard refused to let us in because we were nine people looking to have a good time.
We politely informed him that we were clients and should be treated fairly. He kept nodding his head and allowing only certain people inside by greeting them with a friendly handshake. While we stood there, confused about what was going on, the security guard continued to allow male groups of five or four people, the majority of whom were Caucasian males. As he continued to dodge our complaints, the tall east European security guard with his half-shaved head turned his back to chat with another group, and two of our friends quickly entered. When the security guard was once again facing us, one of our Caucasian friends asked him to let her in so she could retrieve two friends from the inside, and he quickly agreed.
The rest of us of minority descent remained stranded outside. When our friends returned from Lucy's, they told us that they didn't understand why the security guard was preventing us from entering because it wasn't as crowded as he claimed. As a result, we explicitly stated that he was unfair for being so selective. DISCUSSING EXPERIENCE AT THE DOORSTEP OF LUCY’S!!

I had high hopes for Lucy's, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Despite making a reservation, we were seated at a cramped table right against the wall, which wobbled and wasn’t even stable; even though the entire restaurant was almost empty. When we politely asked to change tables, the front desk staff responded with a dismissive excuse, claiming they were holding other tables for reservations, as if we hadn’t made one ourselves. The lack of flexibility and the condescending tone made us feel undervalued as customers. It's a shame because the food was good, but the poor service and dismissive front desk attitude really soured the experience.

Great food, service was amazing but inn a mostly empty restaurant we have a birthday party of drunk screaming girls behind us and no one told them to quiet down or offered us the option to move. Bad call in the supervisors part but would return for the food and service
