Can I just say the herb butter steak is absolutely DELICIOUS like why is this the best on the go food I’ve had. I want to make this at home but I feel like it would never taste this good. And best of all I don’t feel stuffed or gross after eating. Defs my go to.

Love this place. First time here and I know I’ll be coming back a bunch. Rayan was super helpful, asked if he owned the place and I was like dang man they should make you part owner. Very kind, welcoming and informative. Highly recommend this place.

This is just a regular healthy meal delivery service, not for people who wants to build their body. I choose the low fat high protein option but even that the protein proportion is really low, while the fat is a bit high (not too high but still won’t be ideal for people who wants a clean bulk). And if you want to add more protein you will have to order a larger quantity of the meal, which almost doubled to price ($20 for a chicken meal that only has 48g protein? It’s very expensive and not to mention 48g protein is still not enough for one meal, even for a woman like me who’s much lighter than most guys). Would be nice to have a local meal delivery service for bodybuilders in London to save time on meal prep, but sadly I haven’t found any yet. The website is very confusing too and you will have to spend more time browse and compare each dish. Would be nice to let people just select how much calories and macros then automatically arrange your meal according to your preference, like Hello Fresh

I can’t believe how tasty their food is! It’s honestly like eating from a restaurant every night but with healthier food. My husband and I decided to give Macro Foods a try to help kickstart healthier eating while working out but I think we will stick with it for quite a while. We have a 6 month old so having meals ready to go that are nutritious and delicious is absolutely wonderful with our busy schedules. Their blackened chicken, Pasta Portifini and chimichurri steak are a few of our favourites so far but everything has been soo tasty it’s hard to choose.
Very unsatisfied with how they conduct business. I cancelled the subscription and they auto renewed and charged my card again. Food is way too expensive for what you get. There are much better meal services out there. Won’t be ordering here ever again.

I would love to give a 5 star review as these meals are generally delicious and a great alternative to fast food. However, as someone who loves salt, the sodium content in many of the meals are too high (almost half your daily intake). I just had the Cajun Shrimp Alfredo, and although the first few bites were good, I had a hard time finishing the meal as it was way too salty. I have previously reached out to the owner about the salt concern, and she was amazing, but unfortunately I won't be continuing to buy the meals if they don't reduce their sodium.

Freshly made meals that are nutritious and delicious. Huge selection and I have liked all the (many) I’ve tried. Shrimps in the Surf and Turf are a good size and not overcooked, even after reheating! Plus they only take 2 mins. dans la micronde. My go-to for lunches.

I like the idea! Store was very clean and there was a lot of variety of meals. I found I needed to add some salsa or tzatziki to my chicken meals, but that might just be me. One of my meals the broccoli had gone bad prior to the expiry date. However, customer service was excellent and they replaced the meal for me!
