Allen was incredibly unhelpful called the Masonville location to ask about nutrition facts which were not posted on their website simply answered “I don’t know” and couldn’t tell me what’s in any of their door. He raised his voice and talked over me. Food was meh but god knows what I’m eating of the staff can’t even answer nutrition info. Very unhelpful and frustrating.

I would not spend any money at Mac’s Sushi inside the food court at Masonville Mall. Even they have the end of the day sale. I found their avocados were turning brown as it has been oxidize and expose to oxygen hence overtime it will lose its texture including the flavour of the avocado. The rice and the fish did not taste good either with a chewy texture. That is the reason why I do not buy any food at the food court at Masonville Mall besides Starbucks or at the restaurants (Rec Room, Milestones, The Keg). I would rather go across the road from Masonville Mall for better quality food such as Chipotle Mexican Grill, Five Guys and a Burger, South St Burger, East Side Mario’s Italian restaurant or Jack Astor’s restaurant. The food they sell at the food court at Masonville Mall is mediocre. If I want sushi. I would rather go to a better sushi restaurant around the Masonville or Hyde Park area.
