Every time I come here I have the most amazing service! Staff are so kind and willing to give recommendations so far everything I’ve tried has been the upmost quality and tasted absolutely amazing.
The donair toast is absolutely to die for! Quick easy and delicious ?

You guys need to get different cups and lids for takeout. My lid was leaking and I couldn’t get the fit any better and noticed the lid didn’t require any force to pop off. Then once I got in the car after handling the cup carefully the lid fell off and I burnt the hell out of my hand, made a mess of the car, and wasn’t able to enjoy my coffee.

Food 9/10. Service 0/10. The service is dead slow, we ordered an appetizer and desert we had to wait 1 hr. The server didn’t even serve us any water while we were waiting. Food is very good but I don’t think it’s worth all that waiting. :)
Great decoration, perfect service, delicious food, what more could you ask for? Baklava is fresh out of the oven. Thank you Mado
I will come again

Worst customer service I’ve encountered in Canada. Unhelpful manager, and rude server will stand glaring at you the entire time you’re there and drag their feet like they’ve been forced to work there against their will. Questions about the menu will be answered with an attitude and contempt that reeks of lost patience. The food is bland and overpriced but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes who miss the mark without having to make you feel uncomfortable throughout the whole experience like the staff at Mado Masonville does.

We visited with my friends today they were very welcoming and the atmosphere is lovely if you are looking for a chill restaurant vibe with friends or dinning in! The food was wonderful, we got the chicken lavash and Doner toast. We also got Turkish Coffee and tea and later got deserts and ice cream! The price is reasonable for how good the food tastes and they are very fast. We didn’t have to wait at all our food was ready with it few minutes of ordering. I definitely recommend it for the food deserts and the general atmosphere and the service!!

We’re not from London and rarely come to Maisonville but when we saw the MADO close to Gate 6 heading out, we had to stop there! I didn’t even know they opened there. It’s a small place but still exciting. Welcoming, modern, airy feel of the usual MADOs. We didn’t see a menu so not sure if they do full meals here or just breakfast, treats and ice cream. We had Turkish tres leches, basque style cheese cake, Turkish ice cream (chocolate, vanilla, honey almond) and a latte. Everything was good, very enjoyable, especially enjoyed the antiques of the Turkish ice cream man! He was so sweet to my MIL. I’d definitely stop by when I’m at Maisonville again:)

Since discovering this place, we've gone back several times for ice cream (we love the pistachio) and Loukoum (all the kinds we've had are amazing). We look forward to trying other desserts as well as having a full lunch or dinner at Mado. The decor is really nice and the staff are nice. We're so happy to have a Turkish restaurant in Masonville!

We had the Shakshuka breakfast for two for lunch. It was enough for four! The service was great! The unlimited tea that came with the breakfast was refilled before it even became cold and as soon as we finished. We'll definitely be ordering this again!
