Great products and friendly staff
I have bought 2 boxes of Belle Passe white every month for 12 years. So when I moved to London Ont I was relieved to find out there is a Magnotts inside a Loblaws store. Service from the manager Brad is outstanding. The store always is in stock and everyone is friendly. Cannot recommend this store enough. They are 5 star all the way!

The wine is wonderful! The staff are friendly and love to help you with your purchase.
Lovely store but they have stopped disinfecting the shopping carts and providing disinfectant for do it your self customer . The woman who collects the carts is a dedicated hard worker but today was rubbing at her nose before handling the carts .. This is spreading all those nasty virus’s around our community
How the employee spoke to me and another customer in self checkout disgusted me. Her tone was rude and unprofessional I walked up and realized she may not of cleaned that terminal yet so stepped back and waited . She came up I waved to acknowledge her and she placed her hand in my face and sternly said “step back” you would of thought I spit on her for how she said it. Could she not if simply asked me to politely step further back so she could do something . Then another customer next to me needed help with the terminal and she was using a very condescending tone and speaking to him like a child. I went to find a manager but there was no one around . Called the store outside no answer. I was there today Sunday 17th at 2 o’clock.

Closed 10 minutes before posted hours with excuse "we go on the computer time" I work in the "computer" industry and I'm sure it is sync'd to a universal time server and unlikely several minutes fast.
Love that Magnotta has come to London, hope that they expand and get a larger place. Great wine, excellent service.
