Malibu Restaurant South

OK... Just so people will know as there is 2 Malibu restaurant, this one is for the one on Wonderland road.
We will not going back again to this spot. We have been going there a few times, but services has been usually slow, even during slow times, but this time it was bad. This is the very first time walking out without eating and not paying for our coffee.
We were there for about half hour and it was slow!! People sat beside us about 5 minutes after us and there were 3 people and there was just 2 of us. The people recieved their food before us and pretty much got the same as us. We've observed the food that was exactly like our order under the heat lamps for over ten. Finally one of us got up to complained.
Was told that was not ours as it takes longer. Sadly people next to us got theirs and was the same as ours.
I asked around to see the average time to serve 3 egg meal and a breakfest skillet. Was told average of 10 to 15 minutes at a steady service. We were there for half hour and it was slow and still did not get our meal!! Our server was fast and nice when we got there, but that was the end of seeing her.
The Dundas restaurant is our favorite. Service there is much better, friendly and faster then Wonderland.

I always go here to eat because I like the food but their service needs to be more friendlier the staff is always a bit uptight other than that food is always on point

First time here. The service was great, efficient and fast. Our Server Tasha was very welcoming, professional and friendly. The food was very tasty. We'll definitely be back!

I ordered the Greek wrap and specifically asked for less dressing. The wrap was just a soggy mess with very little meat and a ton of dressing. I was very surprised that I was not offered at least a little discount considering I did not get what I ordered. Don't think I'll go back.

The hours are ridiculous. Closed on Monday ,only open on Tuesday until 2 p.m. ?!

Met here. Table of four. Everyone enjoyed their food. Pics to prove! My breakfast poutine did steal the show for sure! Wow! Every bite was delicious. BUT the true star of our meal was our server, TASHA! She was funny and engaged with our table like an old family friend! A true natural! Tasha, Christian is laughing maniacally again! Help! And thanks again for your great service!

I had the worst experience I crap myself. I didn’t like it. The food was terrible. I had upset stomach for days. Do not go here. Bad bad bad.

I had a quick read of the last few reviews before I started typing and was amazed that firstly, people have the audacity to complain about 3 dollar coffee! Have you been to Tims or MCD's lately? And those don't come with refills?
My experience at this location was wonderful, stunning perfectly cooked breakfast for each of my 3 friends and our service was extraordinary, attempting to fill my coffee at least 4 times. My steak was cooked to order and my eggs and hash were hot and delish. Maybe they have responded to complaints. Maybe people just have too much time on their hands. Make a trip, I have been to the original locale and loved it for years.
Booths were comfy and private. No cleaning needed, the place was spotless. Our waitress was funny and engaging, her name has slipped my simple memory. Keep up the great work and don't listen to the complainers who want everything for free!

Went for lunch and ordered a smoked meat sandwich. It was the worst smoked meat sandwich that I have ever had. It was miniscule in size, tough as shoe leather. I don't think that it was smoked meat, I think that it was corned beef.
