Great breakfast spot. Bright and clean. Kitchen in plain view behind a window. Food came quick, portion were decent and food tasted great. Keep it up!

Came for breakfast for the second time to give it another Chance and the place has an odd energy. Didn’t seem clean. Charge you $6 to change pork to turkey bacon. I never mind paying extra for good food however That is absolutely disgusting pricing and the worst part is the taste was way off. This place lacks personality in a restaurant and servers, food was rushed out and it shows… ( not great was turned off). Won’t be returning back anymore

The waitress was late serving drinks. Our food showed up before our drinks. Gravy was brought half way through our meal. Roast beef was not edible so I don't recommend it. Turkey sandwich was really good.

This is how you do a family restaurant. We have a great experience nearly every time we go here. Food is excellent, restaurant is clean and the service is lovely. It’s one of the best value restaurants in the entire city. We got the famous panzorotti for 2 last visit - absolutely loved it and had enough for another lunch the next day.
I wish I could give Malibu South 15 stars, everything about our experience was outstanding. I've been here before and thought we'd come on Valentines day, best decision we've made all year! The service was impeccable our waitress was attentive but also considerate to our convos! We had the valentine special which was a Greek platter for 2. Ummm.. try a Greek platter for 4! The portions were so generous and the food was incredible! Like mouth watering, floating in your dreams delicious! The tzatziki is so good you would eat it from a shoe! Then we got some insanely good dessert including a very delicious chocolate mousse. Definitely eat here the quality and value is incomparable!

My sister only ate 25% of her wrap as it had far too much ceasar dressing on it. We quietly mentioned it. When the bill came there was no charge for her meal. Bonus service!
