I visited the place today that is 13/09/25 at white oaks almost around 4.40 pm.the lady who served food behaved nice. The lady at the cash counter was very rude.she was mumbling herself always and when I asked her for the second time she repeated it in a very harsh tone.I really felt sad about that and couldn't really enjoy food because of this incident

It's good enough to get your North American Chinese fix or just a quick meal. Lots of options. Looked and tasted hot and fresh. Many people were lined up for this place, so it must be good enough.
It's at the mall food court. What do you expect? Based on the competition, it could be a $1 or 2 cheaper. Then again it's London.

June 28, 2025, 5:30pm. I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff. They were unprofessional and not helpful. I hope this can be addressed to improve future service. So decided to bring my whole family in wikki hut.

Ordered a garden box, then about 15 minutes after went up to order a side of chicken— totally unrelated to the first order. The lady told me no, said I can’t get chicken with a garden box. I said yeah, this is unrelated I’ll pay whatever the price is for a side of chicken. She literally told me no- would not serve me again. No name tag (convenient) but she was visibly the oldest worker at around 1:30 on March 30th. Terrible customer service!!

I usually don't post reviews but last night's experience was not good. I understand that the price in things have gone up but for the portion I got last night was unacceptable. I got a any 3 item plate to go and yes the rice was filled up but the meat I got was only small portions. And they only gave me two of the smallest chicken wings, when they used to give you more the two before. The quality of the food has dropped I believe. And going forward I feel like there are other restaurants in the mall that are better. Which I probably should have gone instead.

staff was absolutely disgusting and rude. food was old and stale and as a customer i asked for the plate to be switched out and they started yelling in my face being extremely disrespectful so i asked for a refund. honestly they are extremely rude and food was HORRIBLE. staff needs to be held accountable for how they treat customers. if i could give 0 stars believe me I WOULD.
The food took so long to get ready and after all that everything was so bland. The mix vegetables were overcooked, the beef i ordered, there were 2 pieces of beef and all were zucchini. Even the honey garlic chicken was tasteless. Felt like they served the leftovers. Spent $35 for this crap food.

I was looking for a manager to file a complaint against her, but unfortunately he was not available today. Anyhow it’s totally unacceptable when you try to talk to her to get your order and she was very aggressive to give me answers about her way to do it. She was totally ignored me and looked at the next customer to serve it . Very bad experience today with this restaurant.
