Food was really good but the service was so bad I'm leaving 1 star. Very unimpressed.

staff was absolutely disgusting and rude. food was old and stale and as a customer i asked for the plate to be switched out and they started yelling in my face being extremely disrespectful so i asked for a refund. honestly they are extremely rude and food was HORRIBLE. staff needs to be held accountable for how they treat customers. if i could give 0 stars believe me I WOULD.

The food took so long to get ready and after all that everything was so bland. The mix vegetables were overcooked, the beef i ordered, there were 2 pieces of beef and all were zucchini. Even the honey garlic chicken was tasteless. Felt like they served the leftovers. Spent $35 for this crap food.

I was looking for a manager to file a complaint against her, but unfortunately he was not available today. Anyhow it’s totally unacceptable when you try to talk to her to get your order and she was very aggressive to give me answers about her way to do it. She was totally ignored me and looked at the next customer to serve it . Very bad experience today with this restaurant.

The honey garlic chicken was good. But the fried rice didn’t have any vegetables or egg in it. The to go container got smaller and they don’t fill it as much as they could. Wasn’t worth it.
Food was horrible. Couldn’t even chew. They charged extra for noodles the never mentioned. I saw that in the tab.

I was truly disappointed with the Manchuwok in White Oaks Malls on Wellington Rd South London. The photos says it all and I only took photos of the food I purchased. Noodles, which were very dry and flavorless. The four little chicken balls and a little bit of sweet n sour sauce did not cut the mustard Peeps. Seven dollars just for four prefrozen, we buy them by the millions, toss them in whatever oil and see what happens, chicken balls, YIKES! Cantonese chow mein that was slimy yet not satisfying. In a small, down sized, right sized box that in itself was pathetic, sixteen dollars. Covid hit hard yes..but fair is fair. When you cut corners like this, you can say good-bye to repeat customers. Luv Malcom?? Stay strong London.
