Visited the place with my friends. And ordered various flavours. All them were awesome. But personally i loved the banana split. Delecious as ever. Talking about the services one the best person i have met as a server was parth. An awesome guy. Also loved all kind of flavours. Thank you.

If you close early, either update that on your page everywhere or actually close early. Don't tell me that you won't mix in toppings for a litre tub at 11.40pm when you close at 12. You're not doing anybody a favor! Terrible customer service to top off.

I've been coming here for an year now. I loved the portion size and full scoops but suddenly today the portion size is significantly reduced, the ice cream served was leveled to the cup and medium looked like a regular sized cup. Such a disappointment.

The Ice creams here are amazing but…..
I am a regular customer at this location. I have a specific choice of Ice cream that I get every time. Never been disappointed. But just once I was running late and went in 15 mins before they close. They were busy but the staff who made my ice cream was in a rush to close and they also had closed the platform where they mix all the mixins with the ice cream. The guy with a cap and tattoos on his arms just said all the toppings are gonna be on top and wont be mixed. Plus, to make it easier for him because he was in a rush we told him that we will tell you all the toppings together so it’s easier for you. He didn’t listen to us properly and added all the wrong toppings + gave us very less ice cream and less toppings. We had to throw away the ice cream. (picture attached)
We would suggest that if the store needs to be closed at 12am then they shut the sign off at 11pm rather than treating the customers poorly who might end up coming in late. If we come in during 5pm or 11:45pm there should be no difference in the treatment/service we get from this location. Staff is also very rude.
Ice cream tastes good but is always far too melty! They desperately need air conditioning especially in the hotter months. by the time they're done mixing it, it's always a kinda soupy pile..
