Among all the locations in London, this is by far the best Marble Slab. The employees are fantastic—they make the ice cream exactly as you ask for it. Somehow, their ice cream tastes much better than at the other two locations in London. I didn’t catch the name of the girl who helped me, but she had blonde hair and was awesome. I will definitely come back here—highly recommended!

Marble Slab's Cheese cake flavour ice-cream with caramel sauce and peanut, peacan and butter-finger topping is my personal favourite. This 'Melting Moon' though it resembles...is yunmier than the Butter Scotch. Excellent customer service despite the unimaginable crowd on weekends. Undoubtedly this creamery is the choice for all. Great quality & unforgettably yummy.

Overall not bad, I still buy ice-cream now and then but less often. I miss the lactose free options. Coconut milk ice cream is not the same.
The inside is starting to look less inviting and aged.

Service is trash. Manager is trash. Ice cream is delicious. Did not have my online order ready after 30 minutes, was incredibly rude during the whole process… didn’t believe that we ordered online which was ridiculous, tried to make us pay even though we paid online (HAD CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND TEXT + DIGITAL RECEIPT) apparently didn’t have our order in there system yet asked to see our order number ???? Cuz that makes sense. We will never be back to this location. Also if you hate your job that bad get a new one.

Ice cream was great however I couldn’t help but notice the condition of the counter surrounding the cold well (picture attached). I’m surprised the Health Department wouldn’t identify this as an infraction.
Also noticed that there is no accessible hand washing in the front service area which may have been helpful to the staff who wiped sweat off their face/ touched their hair before serving me.
I get ice cream is a lower risk food but hand washing is so essential!! (HELLOO DOES ANYONE REMEMBER COVID)

If you can remember when the band U2 were once, long before the Apple debacle, the greatest live act on the planet, then you have had the fortune of living at a time when great service was de rigueur. I cannot, in all honesty, recall receiving anything less than great service from this location. That being said, you should not expect anything less than exemplary service from Jeff and Brittany: Their patience, affability and product knowledge has been evident with every exchange I've had with each of them. Next time you feel like rewarding yourself, for whatever reason, check them out! I declare, you will NOT be disappointed.

Horrible experience. I was visiting with my family for the first time and after waiting for about 20 minutes in line, I wanted to ask questions about how the ice cream should be ordered, but the staff girl was absolutely rude and disrespectful telling me that she is busy and can’t answer me! I felt awful and left with this horrible customer service!

Today, I was at Masonville again because of a co-worker’s recommendation. He couldn’t believe I haven’t been to Marble Slab Creamery.
I walked in and instantly saw their inventory of waffle cones (there were different types, like sprinkle, vanilla sugar, white chocolate, dark chocolate, Butterfinger, Skor, and so on). They have a Grab & Go! station, where they keep refrigerated items to take home.
I took a small cup of rocky road ice cream and got a raspberry and blueberry smoothie as well. This rocky road had chocolate ice cream, whole marshmallows, and pieces of walnuts. It tasted perfect but was melting and spilling over the cup as they gave it to me. The smoothie had a raspberry base. They allowed three fruits to be in my smoothie, but I only wanted raspberries and blueberries.
That wasn’t enough for me, so I bought their Poko popcorn. It was the salted butter flavour and a big bag, but they sell these bags at $9.79! Even for me, that is WAY overpriced.
The only major flaw of Marble Slab is the pricing. There are cheaper options just as good.
My bill was $27.27.
I have come to a conclusion…. I can’t stay away from Masonville. Jokes aside, Marble Slab is still viable. They have reached their success because people love their ice cream.
Ice cream is always delicious and friendly service.

Service was fine! Overall the prices here are a rip off. It costs 9$ for a small icecream in a bowl. I also tried their oat milk based icecream, it's not good. Better dairy free icecream options at grocery stores.

The work team does not provide friendly service.
They provide disgusting attitude. We used to enjoy a delicious ice cream accompanied by a good service but now is poor service they practically throw the products at us...Zero in recommendation.

The ice cream is great! Kids love it because of the additional toppings. The store is showing signs of age with torn seats etc. Plus, it looks like it isn't kept very clean. Some of tables were really dirty.
