We ordered spicy big Mary sandwich and when we opened it to eat, we found a hair in the sandwich. When we went into the store to say this, they didn’t even apologized for that. Instead they just gave us another sandwich. They should have apologized which would have been nice m because we drive all the way back to the store from my home. I didn’t expected this from this store.

The manager at Mary Brown’s is just as bad as the food. Rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in customer service. Instead of addressing complaints, they ignore issues and act like they don’t care. No wonder the food is always terrible—if the management doesn’t care, why would the staff?
