The manager at Mary Brown’s is just as bad as the food. Rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in customer service. Instead of addressing complaints, they ignore issues and act like they don’t care. No wonder the food is always terrible—if the management doesn’t care, why would the staff? Avoid this place unless you want bad food and even worse service.

Placed order online and order wasn't honored. I payed for what I wanted online. I hope the 1.25 I left your manager Bhawna she puts towards her salary since yoy claim the owner deducts it from your pay. It wasn't about the money but the principle hence why i still gave you the money without getting what i ordered. I hope the 1.25 is life changing for you.

I had a great experience at this Mary Brown’s location! The chicken tenders were cooked to perfection—juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Their tater poutine is seriously addictive, with creamy cheese curds and rich gravy. I also grabbed a Big Mary Sandwich for the road, and it was just as delicious. The staff here were polite and fast, which made my visit even better. Highly recommend this place!
