Mary Brown's Chicken

I just ordered a chicken dinner through Skip the dishes. When I got my coleslaw, it was brown. Yuck! Come on Mary Brown’s you can do better!
I was told to get in touch with the head office, never heard a thing!

Staff extremely efficient on an insanely busy day with 1.95 Big Mary's. Hot and fresh.

What a joke, ordered wings and there's hardly any sauce on them

I went to the Dundas location shortly after they opened to get fresh food and the service was terrible. I went in and saw quite a few customers sitting down over in the corner. I placed my order but I did notice only one working the counter and one working the back. After he took my order he went to the back to help the guy get the orders ready and placed them on the counter. After some time he finally came around and started giving the customers that were sitting down that where there long before me give out there orders. As he was distributing the orders 2 customers walked in but as they saw what was happening they both left and he didn’t even acknowledge them when they walked in. I finally saw my order put up and ready to serve but he was still giving out the other orders so it was there for at least 15 minutes just sitting there. When I finally got my order home it was cold and the taters looked like they were from the day before and when I tasted it I threw it out. The chicken wasn’t even correct. I got the batters box which I upsized all my chicken but I did ask for 2 side breast which I only got one. I also asked for 2 pieces to be honey barbecue but not the side breast and they still put it on the side breast. None of us were happy with the food when we tasted it so it all went in the garbage. I have never been so disappointed with the quality of the food and the service. If I could have got a refund then I wish I could have. Come on Mary Brown’s

We Love this place and come frequently. The girls [Hannah and Jessica] at counter and at back gone extra mile for customer experience and satisfaction.

Very friend crew behind the counter they were pariand helpful. In the end I got what I wanted and was happy that it was fresh and taste. This is by far my favorite located thats saying alot as im coming niagara falls.

Went to the Dundas Street location last evening. My wife ordered this mash potato with gravy. Anyway the bowl was like a slury of soup. She took it back to the counter and the girl behind the counter said it must have been to much water in the potato 🥔., well if you knew that to begin with then why would you serve this. My wife then wanted them to exchange it for and Big Mary sandwich, not the meal just the sandwich. They said it was not possible but they would only give her the Mini Mary, unacceptable. They said only equal value to exchange, like its really going to kill them to give her a Big Mary for compensation when end 9f day food waste is far more. The two girls behind the counter made a comment to each other in their own language when we walked away and laughed. Screw this place, they are so rude!

Naomi gave the best service. I was out of the restaurant on an important call after giving my order. I almost forgot about my order to pickup. Naomi came out specially to give me my order and it was so amazing of her being selfless and providing such a great service. I really appreciate that😊.

I really enjoyed stopping for lunch, I got a 3 piece chicken combo.

Too much food loved the chicken sandwich.

My favorite place to get fried chicken! Friendly staff, not greasy, perfect amount of crispy and great portion size! And the wedges are awesome! Great... now I want fried chicken 🤤

We got sick on two separate occasions.

The first, my wife got the Poppins and was up in the night being sick. She felt crummy the following day but it passed relatively quickly.

The second, about 2 weeks later we thought it might have been a fluke and ordered again, as we usually like the food. I had a sandwich which was definitely not cooked. I was sick with food poisoning for 4 days.
Definitely give this location a pass if you value your health

I ordered the Mary brown chicken sandwich combo and what a rip off. Chicken over cooked. Very little lettuce and mayonnaise on it and the wedges were so salty couldn’t finish them. Disappointed with this and very disgusting for the price of $15. Will never be back. I have pics to be posted.
