First and last time ever trying Mary Browns. It couldn't be more clear that the staff in the back don't care about their job. The "Big Mary" was a soggy mess that came with a side of cold hard wedges and stiff crumbling biscuit. I guess they just keep old food laying around till it's sold. Unfortunately I wasn't in a position to turne around and return it. At least the place wasn't a dump like other fast food restaurants.

Ordered a Big Mary spicy chicken burger. It was really good and the service was on point. She was so kind in serving us and made us comfortable from the very beginning we started to order. They give an offer on the chicken burgers every Monday that makes the food more affordable with the price point. If it's a Monday go ahead to their store !!

Tried mary browns at this location several times but its always a bad experience.
As compared to the Wellington and Adelaide location , this location tastes worse.
I had the k crunch yesterday from Wellington and i tasted the sandwich which i could never knew it tasted so well if I continued eating at this location.
Staff also needs to be polite.
Really dissatisfied and disappointed. I would love to travel 10 km to Wellington branch instead of eating here.

I been coming here for years .Very disappointed, this is the second time I got short changed by the cashier. Thanks for trying to me a fool , unfortunately you can't . Learn how to count in dollars not rupees.

I would like to share that last Friday myself and a friend went in to the Dundas and Clarke location in London Ontario and placed an order for 2 of their batter's boxes with all white chicken. Unfortunately when we got home, we realized they accidentally gave us someone else's order that contained all spicy chicken. We called immediately and spoke with the lady who served us. She was all ready aware of the mix up and said we could come back or anytime this week they would give us the correct order free of charge. We just called today and at first there was some confusion on their end, but quickly resolved the situation and agreed on our orders! I would like to share our appreciation! The food was delicious and hot as usual and everyone who was working were all kind and respectful. Thank you again!

I recently visited Marrybrown Chicken and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their food. The fried chicken was the highlight of my meal. It was wonderfully crispy on the outside and incredibly juicy on the inside. The seasoning was just right—flavorful without being too salty or spicy.

Their menu offers a nice variety of options beyond just fried chicken, including burgers, rice meals, and even seafood. I tried the chicken burger, and it was fantastic. The patty was well-cooked, and the fresh, crispy lettuce and tasty sauces complemented it perfectly.

The service was friendly and efficient, which made my dining experience even better. The restaurant itself was clean and had a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Plus, the prices were quite reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.

Overall, I was very impressed with Marrybrown Chicken. It's a great place for a quick bite or a more substantial meal, and I'll definitely be returning for more of that delicious fried chicken.
