I am not sure I will return to this MacDonalds. I have been visiting this location for over 30 years First my kids, now my grandkids. Today I had to get staff twice with teenage boys 3 and 4 at a time hanging in play zone. The first time I spoke with young oriental man with black glasses he said he would check it out he never. So I asked how old they were they were 12. I referred to sign ages 3-10. Second group 3 again both groups had their hoods up barely seeing there face. It saddens me to see this. It was like gang hangout centre. Very dissappiinted staff don’t check on this are. It certainly isn’t my job to ask these kids. I certain ly wasn’t comfortable with them in the play equipment ?

Went through drive-thru. The employees on speaker sounded stressed and were a bit rushed.The food came to the window quickly, was hot and good quality compared to some McDonald's I've been to.Veey pleased with this location and will return in the future.

Breakfast sandwich full of egg shells, stood at front counter for 10 mins got no response from any employee,All I wanted to say was maybe take a little more care while perpetrating food.This is the 3rd time in a row I’ve gotten egg shells from the Masonville location in London.

Ordered 2 sundaes and a milkshake. Milkshake was fine but both me and my bf found long black hairs in our sundaes. The hairs weren't partially in them or floating on top or anything, they were fully immersed in the middle of the ice cream. We ended up both throwing our sundaes in the garbage.

not sure what the policy is about handling the food witout gloves, I asked about that and I was told by the manager that the people preparing the food wash their hands every 10-15 minutes, not to sure about that.I think that sanitary gloves should be used when touching the food.Also its surprising that there are no responses to the reviews.
Attention to detail is something they lack order was rushed improperly made. Customer service was great,

Way to go, keep hiring the wrong attitude people to make the food. Quality of life is going down all over the country, this is one sign of the times. You suck!
