Everytime we come here the staff is always so rude. They are angry that you are ordering food. Im not expecting 5 star service but I dont want to feel bad for going through a drive through. Tonight (09/17/2025) I went through and the girl with glasses was so rude! If it wasn't for the location I would never visit this McDonalds again.

Just came through the drive through at 11pm after working all evening. Part of my order was 2 double cheeseburgers one with no pickles. Instead I got bacon cheeseburgers one with no pickles. 🤦🏽♀️. Close but not what I ordered. Please pay more attention to orders.

Very disappointed that they didn’t have a poutine nor the all day breakfast at 1:13. Other McDonald’s have it, but not this one. Her excuse is we close in 2 hours but I remember switch over happens around 4 so I was a little confused. Anyways she was lovely just sad that they didn’t have what I wanted after 8hrs of a long shift hoping I’d eat a McDonald’s poutine/sausage McMuffin. Might have to take my business to other dons :(

went in. order two big Mac meals. asked for one with no cheese and extra pickles. didn't get it. fries are cold. didn't mix the strawberry milkshake. and the habanero chicken sandwich had no sauce
all in one order. this is absolutely pathetic

Please review your recipe for the Filet-O-Fish. The buns are supposed to be steamed, not toasted or dry. For more than a couple of years now, it seems the buns haven’t been steamed properly. This changes the texture and overall experience of the sandwich. I hope you can look into this and bring back the original preparation. Thank you.

I am a regular customer just because i have college opposite but there have many instances where staff is busy talking to themselves. Once i had grinds in ice coffee, second time there was no sugar in my premium roast coffee and today there was a lot of sugar. Todays order number was 818. Poor staff, kindly pay attention to customers they are paying money.

I come to this location after work and they’re not open, it says they’re open for access and dining till 10 o’clock! They locked the doors early, but drive-through is allowed!!!
