I hate to say this because I come here almost everyday for breakfast cuz it's on the way to work but the service here is not great. Stand on the counter for almost 7 minutes. Employees will walk by you and be more focused on Uber orders then you. On top of that, there's always homeless people there. Not that there's anything wrong with being homeless, but when the shopping cart is blocking the door or they're folding over in front of the exit, it doesn't make an enjoyable experience. You can go to any other McDonald's in the city and there will be a cashier waiting for you at the front. This one needs to start doing that or I'm just not going anymore. I'm not going to always just go to the kiosk and order it. You have employees for that job

The upstairs shouldn't be closed when the downstairs is packed full with 10 - 15 people lined up. ESPECIALLY AT DINNER TIME DURING THE HOLIDAYS.
Just my opinion. And telling me to find my own seat elsewhere isnt a good answer.

The french fries are not being filled up to an acceptable capacity. Customers are feeling like they are not recieveing the value which they are paying for. This is not a postive reflection on the owner of this location or the management team. Please do better, perhaps additional training is required for some individuals. Below is an example of an meal that was ordered via doordash on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at approximately 10pm.
This place in particular has bad service and they don't treat people well. My order has been there for 15 minutes and I'm waiting and no one has given it to me.

It’s unbelievable that the restroom was locked and we had to ask for someone to open it—while three of us were waiting and no staff even responded. Is it acceptable for a major chain restaurant like McDonald’s to lock the washroom? People may need to use the toilet before ordering, or simply wash their hands. I walked out without buying anything, and I will never go back.

I come here for breakfast more frequently than one should admit. It's usually good; however, today was probably the best mcgriddle I've had at any McDonald's ever. It was made to perfection. It started my day off with a burst of happiness I needed this week. Thank you.
