If I was able to give zero stars I would. They missed a whole burger in our meal from the drive thru and then when I called to report on “how they did today” from the receipt the person that answered was extremely rude even though I was kind and politely explained the error on their part. There was no apology or empathy it was just a rude person who clearly shouldn’t be answering the phones or talking to people. When we drove back to get the missing food they were extremely rude and no apology was given. Please don’t hire staff that don’t know how to treat people. This is just common sense, if you don’t like working in the service industry - don’t! Hopefully this gets to management so coaching can be done. I shouldn’t have to check my bag at the drive thru window every time. I will NOT be back here! Please remove the phone number and option to call on the receipt if you don’t want to know how you really did today!

Constantly gives wrong orders which happened to be things I cannot eat. I have a life and a job I have to get to and I can no longer rely on this location since I have gotten 5 wrong orders within 4 months.

I'm waiting 10 minutes for my food and I'm thinking for the price maybe I should have gone to a proper restaurant.
The restaurant was extremely dirty. Garbage on the floors and dirty tables. Staff were chatting and slow to serve.

I noticed when there is a certain manager on shift he keeps the staff in line.When he isn't there, the staff are rude, and making customers feel that the staff are doing them a favor by doing their services.Staff didn't acknowledge myself or 2 others standing waiting for an order.No greeting, no hello, nothing. What happened to this simple service?I had a staff member star at me with a blank face as if she was held prisoner...Retrain these young staff to have manners and have simple service.

By far the worst McDonald in London! It’s ALWAYS FILTHY! The teenagers working NEVER get an order right. We try it maybe once or twice a year thinking that maybe management will right this garbage ship, but no, seems worse every year. Drive to a different McDonalds.
