Ordered from doordash, the driver said they forgot about my order. It was almost half hour after I ordered it. This store needs better attention to peoples orders, not the first it's happened. A buddy said its happened to him a lot as well. Edit: Turns out they gave our order to someone else, which is even worse.

I always get my ice coffee from McDonalds. Every other mcd makes my coffee right but this store never does it right. My ice coffee has no liquid sugar at all. Even though i asked for extra. As well as i paid dollar extra for caramel still it doesnot have caramel neither liquid sugar. This is so upsetting to pay 13$ for 4 drinks still get wrost.

every time i go to a mcdonald’s and get extra pickles, they put literally one extra. this mcdonald’s though? SIX PICKLES. this is truly amazing, my life is complete, and i can die happy after eating here. love you guys

If I wanted a small orange juice I would order a small instead of medium. Look at how I got my medium juice. Not even close to being filled for a medium. Do better!

Third time I’ve gone there and third time they’ve screwed up my order and they don’t wanna fix it. They just wanna send you coupons in the mail when you’ve worked all day and you just wanna eat and then screw your order up. You just want it replaced but they won’t do that.

The guy working the drive thru taking everyone’s orders and accepting the cash was cheerful and friendly. It was around 11:15-11:30pm. Very nice to see!
A bunch of kids working afternoon shift into the night with no care for the customers. Waiting at the drive thru and seeing more than 3 employees walking around the floor staring at phones instead of taking care of orders that people are waiting for. A 10 minute wait for fries and a burger without so much as a sorry is ridiculous. This place and its employees are getting worse and worse.

I can walk in the there anytime of the day and I will find this place spotless! I’ve been there multiples times and I really care about freshness, which is pretty hard to find in various locations, but not here! Always cleaned! And service too, yesterday I finished my meal and one of their team member came to check upon me and removed my tray! What a service! Always coming back :) thank you

Bought a Grinch Big Mac meal, but when I got home and started to eat my burger, I realized they forgot the meat! Why do fast food restaurants keep hiring these foreigners who don't care about their jobs or the customers?
