I recently visited the McDonald's in London, Ontario, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst fast food experiences I've had. I specifically asked for my food to be fresh, but what I received was very cold and unappetizing.
My sandwich had barely any toppings, making it feel like a half-hearted effort rather than a proper meal. To make matters worse, the poutine was also cold, and the fries were simply nasty—soggy and lacking flavor.
I expected better from a well-known chain, but this visit left me disappointed and unsatisfied. I won't be returning anytime soon. By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve visited.

Used to be my favorite McDonald's to go through, now I can't understand the people through the speaker at the drive-thru everytime I go. Maybe focus on hiring Canadians who speak English without a heavy Indian accent. If you can't find any then pay more.

Happy meal cheeseburgers used to be good with everything mustard-ketchup-onions. Now since the renovations it's just cheese and a smear of mustard-ketchup and no onions. Yeah it's a happy meal but hey now your cheating out with the kids. 😮💨
I ordered a Double Big Mac, 6 pies (I know) and a sundae. Because of the amount I ordered, I received a free 10-piece McNuggets, however, when I received my order, I got a regular Big Mac instead of the Double I ordered and paid for. Honestly, can we even call them "Big" Macs anymore? "Medium Macs" feels more like it. To top it off, the McNuggets were incredibly dry, definitely not what you’d expect. Two mistakes in one order! Way to go, Highbury McDonald's!
