I would like to start this off by saying this is not the first time this has happened. I am sick of playing a dollar extra for EXTRA pickles and receiving and maximum OF TWO. I don’t know who in the right mind thinks that TWO pickles is extra, but whoever does, should quit their job and go back to school. Please stop making me pay EXTRA for the BARE MINIMUM.

Edit- I ordered food from here overnight last night through a delivery service. I've included photos of the two double cheeseburgers that arrived. Absolutely vile creations. This store should be ashamed of the quality of food it sends out. I realize it's fast food, but it's not difficult to assemble burgers, I worked my way up to assistant manager at McDonalds years ago. Do better.
Came through the drive thru at about 10:30pm. There were 3 other cars in the drive thru. I ordered a BigMac meal. When I got home and opened the box, the sauce from the sandwich was everywhere. It was like they went out of their way to put the sauce everywhere but on the sandwich. And the fries were not cooked, they were pulled at least a minute before the timer went off.
we ordered a happy meal and then waited 15 minutes to then have to ask them to make the happy meal because they had forgot. After receiving my happy meal, we had eaten the fries then found a Hair in the burger. I hope everyone else is experience is better than ours.

Busy restaurant. Drive thru moves quickly. Staff very friendly.
This location consistently has slow drive through service... abysmally slow service. And it's not a one off experience. I only return to this location for it's convenience, but I’ve come to expect the slow service and boy, they never disappoint! If I was making large orders or they were super busy, I could perhaps justify the long wait time but I've been asked to wait in one of their reserved spots for a breakfast sandwich, or a 6 pack of mcnuggets, or a cheeseburger and kids meal. Are you not batch making your items? The point of a production line type restaurant (that McDonald's pioneered in the fast food industry) is to batch make your items, this approach optimizes efficiency.... which seems to a concept that is lost on this particular location. They often make errors with orders as well, wrong items, missing items or requests like no mustard, or onions or whatever, not honored. Staff always seem to be scatterd, most of them youth or students by the looks of it, which is no problem, but it is abundantly clear that they don't receive the direction and support from their lead. To be fair to the staff, they are always pleasant. There is a marked difference between this McDonald's and most others. General manager needs to pay attention or the franchisee.

Our order was sausage egg mcmuffin meal.
Egg and sausage was good.
the muffin was so stale we throw it out and only ate the sausage and egg.
This is not the first we got stale or over cooked meals

Don’t accept $100 bills. Don’t tell you until after waiting in drive thru for 10 minutes and pulling through to pay. The only explanation was corporate told us 3 months ago to stop taking $100 bills. Buy a machine that verifies the currency is real. You make more than enough money to afford the machine.
I went to this McDonald’s late to get food and when I got to the window they told me my food would take ten minutes to cook. I said no problem and they told me to go to the next window, so I did.
Then the girl comes back and says she forgot to take my payment. She seemed new so no issue.
I told her I’d like to pay with card and she said one moment. It took six or seven minutes for anyone to show up and when the manager did show up she said they can’t take payment in that window and I would have to go around again. While she was not rude at all, not even a simple sorry was said. I did not have time to go through the drive through again. Especially now that there was a lineup as I had work related things to attend to.
So easy to get to. Clean environment and atmosphere. Great staff
