McDonald's

I was really disappointed with my large order. I paid to upsize my fries, but the container was only half full. On top of that, the cheese on the burger was carelessly placed—half of it was hanging off the side. It honestly felt like no effort was put into preparing the food.

That said, I do want to acknowledge the young man at the counter—he was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, since we took our order to go, we didn’t notice the issues until we were already driving.

If working in food service is too much effort, maybe it’s time to consider a different job. It’s not hard to make a decent burger or properly fill a container of fries.

The restaurant was filthy with garbage and ketchup on the floor and behind the service counter the equipment looked like it hadnt been wiped down for a LONG time. The wait was ridiculously long as well.

Dirty, extremely slow and rude staff. Worst McDonalds. Better to go across the street to a cleaner establishment with better customer service.

Don't go here if you try and call about a mistake they made the just hang up and won't pick call up legit the worst mcdonalds I have been to

Worst customer service I've ever seen i ordered food from this place thru Uber eats they give me my order with no fries for both meals I call explaining Uber won't give me a refund for the fries that I would come in and just grab the 2 fries from my meals and basically told me that that was to bad to go thru Uber not to mention the burger wasn't even made properly unreal

Disgusting place, flies everywhere, dirty tables, garbages overfilling. Service is awful. Their code scanner did not work. I ordered a meal, never got it, asked if it was almost ready, got yelled at. Had to wait almost an hour for food and my burger was still made incorrectly. Made me late for my movie. Do not go here.

Cashier took my money cash and person cash before me then proceeded to put food orders together without washing hands or gloves.

What a mess. Not sure the problem. Probably short staff but the place was disgusting. Every table was dirty. I had to ask to have a table wiped off. Took at least 20 mins to get 2 burgers and a coffee. Had to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been in.

Went there because I was craving a McFlurry, walked out disgusted…. Absolutely horrendous atmosphere burgers, fries, random food, all over the floor. A company as large as McDonald’s should deal with this. The stench was horrible, the ketchup squirter was over flowing on the floor. Garbages overflowing.
Never eat here they obviously don’t care about customer satisfaction.

Went to this McDonald’s this afternoon and saw filthy tables, overflowing garage bins and to top it off, they didn’t have a latte or decaf coffee.
Please hire more staff!

Waited for 10 min in line and 1 person got helped in a line of 5. Didn't even get to order as that took up my whole break. Hire more staff.
