This McDonald’s is filthy. Most of the table were dirty and condiments counter filthy and no ketchup in the container. Garbage bins full, floor with leftover food and paper napkins.

In resraurant wasn't busy, but drive through was. About 90% of the tables needed to be cleaned. Garbage bins were full and overflowing. Empty food containers on the floor in eating area. There was nobody available at the counter to take manual orders or to help with miscellaneous requests from diners, like getting some ketchup packets because the containers were empty. As always, the food was good, but the cleanliness was awful.

We went to the McDonald’s to get some I cream I ordered a fudge sundae and ended up getting a caramel sundae the worst thing was that we got attended by this manager called Brice. He was so mean and disrespectful, my friends ordered a drink and two vanilla cones. We got them and we were all drinking from the same cup, I got thirsty and took a sip from one of those ketchup cups, the manager Brice saw me and he kicked all of us out of the McDonald’s for “stealing” he didn’t even let us explain or pay for the small ketchup cup. And kicked us out. There has been many complaints about him and I don’t know how no action has been done. Incompetent

Ordered off skip the dishes today for lunch and I'm still waiting for my food for over an hour. I guess I don't get to eat lunch it'll be had at dinner. Very unhappy and won't be ordering from this location again. I know it's not skips fault as it's been saying McDonald's is preparing your food giving an estimated time for 19 mins for again over an hour. It's ridiculous seems as though it's right around the corner from my job and literally fries and 2 burgers.
Update: contacted skip and they confirmed it's the restaurants fault so thank you for making me go back to work hungry! You will not be getting my service again but 2 hours for 2 burgers and fries is absolutely absurd!
Update#2: After 3 hours they are finally picking it up! UNBELIEVABLE! If you wanna eat cold 3 hour old food than I highly recommend this location ??

Messy lobby and no one attending to it. QSC is suffering.
The manager is extremely rude and condescending. Don’t bother complaining to the staff about your order. You’ll be met with resistance and made to feel like an idiot for trying to get what you paid for. My spouse and I ordered our coffee here every single day, but we wont ever be returning here again (and the manager made it very well known he does not care).

There was a swarm of fruit flies coming out of the ketchup dispenser. When told about it, they just left it as is and carried on. The flies were active throughout the restaurant. One of the pop machines was also broken, but no signage to say as much. To top it all off, every table either had ketchup, nugget sauce, or some kind of grime smeared all over it. Gross!

I had a very positive experience at this location. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very friendly. I was particularly impressed by one lady who helped us clean the table. She was not only efficient but also very kind, making my visit all the more enjoyable.
